Review Overview – What does Trim-V do?
Made by Vanna Belt, this is an all natural fat burner that is claimed to promote:
- Mood
- Metabolism
- Appetite Suppression
But how well does it really work?
In this review, we look closer at Vanna Belt’s Trim-V to see how effective it really is.
This is what you need to know:
How are the servings?
Poor.
With only one serving a day. This isn’t your best option.
For constant fat burning you need give your body a constant supply of nutrients.
With only one a day the effects will wear off pretty quickly.
Ideally you need around 3 – 4 a day to keep your body regularly supplied with the nutrients it needs to see results.
What about the ingredients in Vanna Belt’s Trim-V?
They’re not that great.
The problem is that there are proprietary blends in this product.
This means we don’t know how much of each ingredient we’re getting or how effective it will be overall.
Also some of the ingredient choices aren’t that great.
Here’s what you need to know:
Vitamin B Profile
A combination of multiple Vitamin Bs.
This is good for general health and has been seen to help with various aspects of metabolism.
However, it won’t make that much of a difference overall.
Pantothenic Acid
This is another vitamin, it’s vitamin B5.
Again, it’s rare to find a deficiency in this nutrient, so supplementing it won’t make much of a difference.
Chromium
Chromium on the other hand has been seen to help lower insulin levels.
With high insulin levels comes high fat storage, so the sooner you’ve got this under control the better.
Beta Phenylethylamine
This isn’t that great.
Thought to promote the happy hormones like serotonin and dopamine – but there’s a problem.
Phenylethylamine is known to break down pretty quickly after being consumed and isn’t absorbed effectively.
Caffeine
A clear winner when it comes to stimulants.
Caffeine has been seen to promote energy, metabolism and overall power output in the gym.
It’s a great addition.
Teacrine
Structurally similar to caffeine. Teacrine is thought to boost energy levels and keep you more focused.
However, studies have shown that it isn’t actually that effective. It’s a lot more theory than performance.
Ingredients Bottom Line:
On the whole this isn’t the best nutrient profile on the market.
There’s a lot of wastage in this supplement and not enough active ingredients.
The only real beneficial choices here is the caffeine – there are not enough thermogenics to carry it through.
Not only that, there’s an issue with the proprietary blends – how are you supposed to know to how effective each ingredient is if you don’t know how much is being used?
It’s just not that great overall.
Side Effects
There have been no side effects reported with Vanna Belt Trim-V.

Vanna Belt Trim-V Review Conclusion
On the whole, this isn’t the best fat burner on the market, and there are several reasons why.
From this review, here’s what you need to know about Trim-V:
- Poor Servings: With only 1 serving a day, you can’t ensure day long fat burning.
- Proprietary blend: You don’t know how much of each ingredient you’re getting or how effective it will be overall.
- Ineffective ingredients: Many of the ingredients used aren’t primary fat burners.
As you can see, it’s not a great option.
