Green Tea
Arguably one of the best thermogenics.
Green Tea has been seen to promote fat via promoting the fat burning hormone norepinephrine.
The catechins in the green tea promote the hormone, and the caffeine in the herb gives you a mild energy boost.
Tyrosine
A good amino acid for focus – but not for fat loss.
Tyrosine helps to promote the feel good hormones like dopamine and serotonin.
It’s also an anti-stressor. This may help give you a more positive mindset, but you’re not going to notice the difference when it comes to fat loss.
Caffeine
Easily the best natural stimulant on the market.
We all know what caffeine does. It increases your energy levels and your metabolism.
