Review Overview – What does Supreme Sports’ LIPOTHERM Elite do?
LIPOTHERM Elite is a fat burner brought to us by the folks at Supreme Sports.
It’s an all natural product that is claimed to:
- Increase Metabolism
- Boost Fat Burning
- Enhance Energy
- Improve Focus
But how well does it really work?
In this review, we look closely at the ingredients, servings and safety regarding LIPOTHERM Elite and see if it really is up to industry standard.
This is what we’ve found:
How are the servings?
They’re not the best.
With only 2 servings a day, you’re not going to get the best fat burning benefits with LIPOTHERM Elite.
What you need is around 3 – 4. This is ideal because it gives your body that constant supply of the nutrients it needs to keep burning fat throughout the day and give you that ’round-the-clock’ fat loss.
P.S.: We’ve compiled a list of the fat burners that have the best servings, ingredients and zero side effects. You can check out our most successful reviewed fat burners in the link below:

What about the ingredients in Supreme Sports’ LIPOTHERM Elite?
Not great.
Let’s just say there’s a lot of room for improvement.
There are some good ingredients in here, but there’s also a huge risk of side effects.
Some of the ingredients in this product just don’t agree.
Check it out:
Synephrine is a bad opening choice…
Also known as Bitter Orange Extract and Citrus Aurantium. Synephrine is a nutrient that has very evidence of burning fat in clinical studies.
But it gets worse.
Combined with caffeine, several users have reported side effects when taking this nutrient which you can learn more about in the side effects section below.
Caffeine will make it worse…
Although caffeine is a great stimulant for energy, metabolism and overall power output in the gym – however – being mixed in with Synephrine may make this nutrient do more harm than good.
We cover all the main problems for you in the side effects section below.
Dandelion Root can cause problems…
Dandelion Root is good for cutting water weight – however, if you’re not used to using it, it can cause problems.
Because it lowers the amount of water in your body, this can cause dehydration, which can also lead to several side effects.
Coleus Forskolii won’t make much difference…
Although thought to boost testosterone in men, and to some degree stimulate fat loss, the results themselves are slightly different.
It’s a pretty hit and miss nutrient – clinical studies have shown it to be unreliable and you should be wary of it’s effectiveness.
Cayenne Pepper is much better…
This chili pepper is a potent thermogenic.
By heating your body’s core temperature, Cayenne Pepper makes your body activate a cooldown process. This is to regulate the heat and burns lots of extra calories in the process.
Ingredients Bottom Line:
Overall this isn’t a great fat burner ingredient list.
The only effective ingredients here are the Cayenne Pepper and the Caffeine – but even the caffeine has problems.
When mixed with Synephrine, caffeine has been known to cause several side effects – leaving Cayenne Pepper to be the only serious active ingredient here.
It’s not a great nutrient profile.

– Best Fat Burner Ingredients –
Side Effects
As we’ve said, the main issues you have to worry about here are the caffeine, and the synephrine – but the Dandelion Extract could also cause problems.
First the Caffeine and Synephrine, mixed together users have reported the following side effects:
- Headaches
- Nausea
- Dizziness
- Risk of Raised Blood Pressure
- Elevated Heart Rate
And the Dandelion may cause dehydration and headaches.
All in all, if you’re sensitive to caffeine this is a supplement we strongly suggest you stay away from because of how the synephrine complicates things.
Supreme Sports LIPOTHERM Elite Review Conclusion
On the whole, this isn’t the best fat burner out there.
There’s just too many problems with LIPOTHERM Elite, that make it a risky investment.
To conclude this review, this is what you need to know about LIPOTHERM Elite:
- Servings Need Improvement – It only has 2 servings – it needs at least 3 – 4 for sufficient day-long fat burning
- Missing Core Nutrients – Green Tea, Glucomannan and Green Coffee Bean would’ve made a lot of difference here
- Potential Side Effects – Synephrine and Caffeine have a history together of not playing nice.
Needless to say, you can do better elsewhere.
