With only 2 servings a day, more could be done to ensure day long fat burning.

Think about it, the effects of a typical fat burner wear off after a few hours. If you’re not getting numerous servings you won’t continuously burn fat.

For the best results, you need to give your body a constant supply of the nutrients it needs. Ideally 3 – 4 a day.

There’s only half that in this product.

What about the ingredients in Xplosion T6?

Not that great.

Firstly, the nutrient profile is slim. Very little of the ingredients promote fat burning.

Not only that there, only seems to be one solid ingredient in this product that may help you burn fat – the caffeine.

A good amino acid for mood and motivation, but when it comes to fat loss – not so much.

L-Tyrosine is an anti-stressor. It helps promote ‘happy hormones’ in your body like serotonin and dopamine.

This may help put you in a better mindset and have more focus and motivation when in the gym.

It will not however, help with fat loss.


Arguably, the best natural stimulant on the market.

Used in almost everything to do with boosting energy, caffeine helps promote both overall metabolism and energy levels.

This helps you train with more intensity, for longer.


Not a good choice.

Although it sounds like a healthy choice, Grapefruit isn’t the most reliable option when it comes to fat loss.

Studies have shown Grapefruit has a pretty unreliable effect when it comes to fat loss – usually only having some form of an impact at high dosages (1 – 2 whole Grapefruits).

With the small amount in here, you’re probably not going to get the results you’re looking for.


Also known as 5-HTP.

This is a compound which is converted into serotonin in the brain, which may help with overall sleep quality.

Although aiding recovery, it will not help with overall fat loss.


Although thought to help with energy production – the actual role of Taurine is completely different.

It may be used energy drinks – but instead of working as a stimulant it only improves blood flow.

On the whole, this isn’t the best nutrient profile we’ve seen in a fat burner.

The main problem has got to be the severe lack of thermogenic and appetite suppressants.

Xplosion T6 relies on Grapefruit for fat burning – but it’s too unreliable to trust.

For the best results you should be using things like Green Tea, Green Coffee Bean, Cayenne Pepper and Glucomannan.

It seems to have no decent thermogenic – it seems to be nothing more than a glorified caffeine supplement.

Side Effects

Although ineffective – the ingredients used in this fat burner aren’t dangerous.

No side effects have been reported with Xplosion T6.
