How are the servings?

Not that great.

With only 2 servings a day, your body isn’t supplied with enough of the regular servings it needs to constantly burn fat.

Think about it. After each serving, the effects only last for a few hours at most – with only 2 servings, you’re not going to stay in fat burning mode throughout the whole day. This is a problem, and can hold back your progress.

Ideally, you need 3 – 4 servings a day. This ensures that you’re constantly topped up and always burning fat.

More could be done with this product.

What about the ingredients in SizeSlim Weight Loss?

Not that great.

For starters, the main ingredients of this fat burner are packed into a proprietary blend.

This is when the ingredients have their individual dosages hidden, and instead are all grouped together under one value.

This stops you knowing how much you’re getting of each ingredient, and by extension, how effective it will be overall.

Not only that, there are several ingredients in here that don’t promote fat loss – and one that is even banned in the EU.

Here’s what you need to know:


One of the poorer fat burner nutrients on the market.

Although claimed to be an appetite suppressant, Garcinia Cambogia has been seen to provide under performing results in human studies.

It will not help you reduce hunger cravings – and is not a good addition to this fat burner.


Not a great nutrient for fat loss.

The only real benefit of using Yerba Mate is for the caffeine – although there’s not a lot in it.

It may help to mildly influence energy levels – but that’s about as far as it goes,


This is another nutrient that won’t make too much of a difference.

Cinnamon can help with digestion with may promote absorption.


An anti stressor amino acid.

Tyrosine has been seen in several studies to reduce your body’s overall amount of the stress hormone cortisol.

By reducing cortisol, you feel less pressure and can focus more.

This may help while training in the gym

Raspberry Ketones

One of the poorer fat burners out there.

Raspberry Ketones have been aggressively marketed as fat burners in the supplement industry – but the evidence for them working is actually very limited.

Studies have shown that Raspberry Ketones has only been seen to work on rats – the effects have never scaled up for humans.

Despite claims – it won’t have any effect here.

To make matters worse – Raspberry Ketones are now banned in EU supplements as a ‘novel food’ – meaning they don’t trust it to be taking long term due to lack of research.

Green Tea

One of the better thermogenics out there.

Green Tea has been seen in numerous studies to help promote fat loss.

It contains a certain type of antioxidants known as catechins that help to promote fat loss.

These catechins increase the amount of norepinephrine in your body – the fat burning hormone, which helps to burn more fat and calories with no extra effort.


One of the better amino acids for fat loss,

L-Carnitine has been seen in numerous studies to promote energy and metabolism.

It may even help to some degree with cognition.

However, studies have shown you need a lot of it for the best effects. The suggested dosage is 500 – 2500mg. As this is in a proprietary blend, you don’t know how much you’re getting and might not get enough.

It’s not a strong option.


A minor supporting ingredient.

Inositol has been seen to increase blood flow – which can help with overall absorption.

Black Pepper

Likewise, Black Pepper has been seen in numerous studies to improve bioavailability and overall absorption.

Ingredients Bottom Line:

On the whole, this isn’t the best nutrient profile on the market.

The first problem is the proprietary blend. The dosages are hidden. You don’t know how much of each ingredient you’re getting, or how effective it will be overall.

Not only that, ingredients like the Garcinia and Raspberry Ketones has little to no effect on fat loss.

And Raspberry Ketones in particular have been flagged as a banned ingredient in the EU.

Side Effects

Although nothing has been proven – Raspberry Ketones have been thought to pose a risk when taken long term.

Given the lack of research on this nutrient – the EU has classed it as a novel food that shouldn’t appear in supplements.
