How does Sexy-Strong Burn work?
The servings for Sexy-Strong Burn aren’t the worst – but they aren’t the best either.
With only 2 servings per day of 2 – 3 capsules (depending on your tolerance) there’s only a certain amount of time the supplement will be in your system burning fat.
The ideal amount of servings per day hover around the 3 – 4 range. This allows thermogenesis to remain at a constant throughout the day and also ensures energy levels don’t crash later on.
As for the ingredients there were a mixed bag – some good, some ineffective and some bad.

The Green Coffee Bean is a great start
This is a top thermogenic nutrient and it’s all down to the chlorogenic acid. The acid in the Green Coffee Bean helps break down glucose in the liver, and encourages your body to burn fat stores as an energy source.
And Green Tea just makes it better
Another thermogenic powerhouse. The catechins in green tea help promote norepinephrine in the body, the fat burning hormone – and it also gives you an energetic kick from the caffeine in the leaf.
Chocamine on the other hand just helps with blood flow
This is one of the key components in cocoa extract. This can make workouts more enjoyable if you benefit from muscle pumps.
But caffeine pulls it back – however…
Caffeine is the top natural nutrient for energy production – not only that it helps boost metabolism and can improve power output when taken in high amounts.
However this can lead to side effects – and overall you’ll be taking in 400mg of this product per day (if you stick to 2 pills per serving) which puts you at risk.
However Raspberry Ketones doesn’t help anyone
This, unfortunately, is a useless ingredient. Currently a ‘fad’ ingredient in the industry – there has been no reliable evidence to support Raspberry Ketones effectiveness.
It does not help burn fat.
And the use of Quercetin is questionable
May help with the absorption of Green Tea Catechins, but the evidence for this is not reliable.
The Capsicum is a good thermogenic choice though
This is a component in chilli peppers that give them their heat. This works as a great thermogenic that raises your body heat – the process of cooling down burns calories and increases calorie deficit without any effort.
But Citrus Aurantium is a big no-no…
This one of the worst things you can put in a fat burner – especially when Green Tea or Caffeine is involved. This can lead to some intense side effects which we explain later on.
As you can see, there’s a lot of good ingredients in this product – however there are certain additions that let this product down. The Citrus Aurantium (Synephrine) is an a major concern – and there seems to be no real effort for appetite suppression in Sexy-Strong Burn.
The main concern with this product is the synephrine. When combined with caffeinated herbs like green tea, or caffeine itself it can cause a range of side effects you definitely don’t want to experience.
Using synephrine can lead to:
- High Blood Pressure
- Increase risk of heart attack and/or stroke
The caffeine can cause problems too. With the whopping 400mg daily stimulant serving in this product you may experience headaches, dizziness and energy crashes.

From what we’ve read in forums, the general consensus is that this product goes a little overboard on the caffeine.
Sexy-Strong Burn Review Conclusion
Overall this is a product with too much caffeine.
Don’t get us wrong, there’s a lot of good ingredients in here with the Green Tea, Green Coffee Bean and Capsicum – but if you’re too jittery to focus you’re not going to get much benefit.
Combined with the fact this product only has 2 servings per day – there’s a chance of energy crashes, and not getting enough thermogenic benefit.
The synephrine could also cause side effects.
This isn’t the best product on the market – but it isn’t the worst.
