Review Overview – What does RSP QuadraLean Thermogenic do?

rsp-quadralean-thermogenic-reviewQuadralean Thermogenic by RSP is an all natural fat burner that is claimed to promote:

  • Metabolism
  • Energy
  • Thermogenesis
  • Focus

But how effective is it really?

In this review we look closely at Quadralean Thermogenic to see if it really is up to industry standard.

This is what we found:

How are the servings?

Need improving.

With only 2 servings a day, you won’t get full-day fat burning effects with this product.

For the best experience you need to be looking for a fat burner that supplies around 3 – 4 servings a day. This means that your body is constantly getting the nutrients that it needs to keep burning extra calories and give you faster results.

They definitely need improving here.

What about the ingredients in QuadraLean Thermogenic?

Not great.

For a thermogenic fat burner, this product has really set the bar low.

There are two ingredients here that will have any decent effect on fat loss, and really only one thermogenic.

Take a look:rsp-quadralean-thermogenic-side-effects

Conjugated Linoleic Acid

A nutrient originally thought to be a induce stimulant-free fat burning, however studies have shown this to not the be the case.

After being absorbed, CLA fails to have an impact on the receptors needed to influence fat loss.

Acetly-L-Carnitine

Carnitine on the other hand is a better choice. An amino acid seen to promote metabolism and energy levels, it should keep you going in the gym and improve your overall session.

Natural Caffeine

One of the best natural stimulants out there.

Caffeine is great for getting your energy levels up, improving your overall metabolism, and increasing your power output in the gym. It’s a great option that’s included in RSP’s QuadraLean Thermogenic.

Bitter Orange Extract

Also known as synephrine, and not that good of a choice.

Bitter Orange Extract is a fat burner that has very little evidence of it working. There are no reliable clinical trials to back it’s effectiveness.

What’s more when combined with caffeine, it’s seen to promote several side effects.

Yohimbe Extract

A type of bark that has been used for appetite suppression with some success.

Although it can be effective, there’s a worry with Yohimbe – it can cause side effects. We’ll discuss them in further detail in the side effects section later.

Cayenne Pepper

One of the best thermogenics on the market.

Cayenne Chili Pepper uses its heat to raise the temperature of your core. This forces your body to start a cool-down process to regulate itself, this helps you burn more calories without any extra effort.

Choline Bitartrate

A solid cognitive booster. Choline may help with both energy and focus – however it won’t do much from a fat burning perspective.

Alpha GPC

Alpha GPC follows a similar path. It may promote focus in the gym, but in terms of burning fat you’re not going to achieve much here.

Ingredients Bottom Line:

On the whole this is a poor nutrient profile.

There’s only 2 good ingredients here for fat loss, the caffeine and the cayenne pepper – however, they are not enough on their own to have any decent effect.

And you also have to remember that you’re risking side effects with both the Bitter Orange Extract and the Yohimbe.

Better choices here would be green tea, green coffee bean, and some appetite suppressants like glucomannan.

Side Effects

The main side effects you have to worry about here are the Synephrine and the Yohimbe.

Synephrine is an issue when it’s combined with caffeine. Putting the two together can cause; headaches, jitters, risk of high blood pressure and nausea.

Yohimbe on the other hand can cause gastrointestinal distress, hypertension and anxiety.

Both things you don’t want while cutting fat.

Is there anything better out there?

Definitely.

We’ve scoured the market for the best fat burners that promote:

RSP QuadraLean Thermogenic Review Conclusion

On the whole this isn’t a great fat burner and there are several reasons why.

If you are thinking about using Quadralean Thermogenic to cut fat, this is what you need to know:

  1. Servings need improving – With only 2 servings a day, this fat burner won’t deliver day long effects.
  2. Ineffective ingredients – Many of the ingredients used lack the clinical backing to prove their useful.
  3. Missing core nutrients – Green Tea, Green Coffee Bean, Glucomannan and more would’ve significantly improved this product.
  4. Side Effects – Two of the ingredients used have been known to cause side effects.

As you can see it’s not your best option.
