Review Overview – What does Results Nutriton’s Sculptify do?

But does it really?
We’ve been studying this fat burner, and looking closely at the science behind it.
And in this review we were quite surprised with what we found. Here are the results:
How are the Servings?
Okay, but not the best.
With only two servings a day there is only so much benefit you can expect to get out of a fat burner like this.
To burn fat “round-the-clock” you need to have at least 3 to 4 servings a day of a product like this. This gives your body a constant supply of the nutrients it needs to keep burning fat throughout the day.

What about the Ingredients in Sculptify?
The main problem with this fat burner is that the ingredients are all part of a proprietary blend.
This means we don’t know how much of each ingredient is being used, and by extension how effective they are in this product.
Take a look at what we found:
Caffeine is a great start to this fat burner…
One of the better natural stimulants out there, caffeine is good for boosting energy levels, metabolism and power out.
This is ideal if you are on a low calorie diet.
Teacrine has its uses, but not the best option…
Mainly used as an anti-stress aid. This nutrient should focus the effects from the caffeine.
Although, it will not help with overall fat loss.
Ashwagandha falls into the same boat…
Another nutrient that lessens the effects of stress. This may help to some degree with the caffeine, but not with overall fat loss.
The Choline may improve cognition, but not much else…
Linked to increasing focus this nutrient may help with cognition, this may be useful during a workout but not with reaching your physique goals.
The Cayenne Pepper is a better option…
A potent thermogenic this nutrient raises your body’s core temperature. This start a cool-down process in your system which burns more calories.
This is useful if you are on a caloric deficit.
The Olive Leaf however, isn’t so reliable…
With only a few studies vouching for its effectiveness, Olive leaf has only been seen to have a mild boost in your metabolic levels.
And there are not enough studies to even confirm this.
The Clubmoss will give you know fat burning benefits…
Linked to only delivering a mild boost in cognition Clubmoss will not give you any physical results, but may help to some degree with focus in the gym.
And the Bitter Orange Extract is only going to cause side-effects…
Also known as Synephrine this nutrient does not have great fat burning abilities. It has also been linked to numerous side-effects when combined with caffeine or any other caffeinated herbs.
And as Sculptify contains caffeine, this is going to be a problem.
Ingredients Bottom Line:
On the whole, this product only contains two reliable fat burning ingredients: the caffeine and the cayenne pepper.
Unfortunately the rest are more geared towards containing side-effects from the caffeine or cognition. But even if this is contained the Synephrine is still a serious problem that hasn’t been dealt with.
And as we don’t know the value of each nutrient we have no idea of how big of a problem this could be.

The main problem to worry about with Sculptify is the Synephrine.
When combined with Caffeine, Synephrine has been seen to cause the following side-effects:
- Light Headedness
- Risk of High Blood Pressure
Which nobody wants when trying to cut fat.
Results Nutrition Sculptify Review Conclusion
This is by far not the best fat burner on the market. Too many mistakes have been made.
This is everything you need to know about this product:
- Serving schedule not the best – there needs to be more doses throughout the day for constant fat burning effects.
- Proprietary blend – We have no idea how much of each ingredient in this product is being used.
- Not enough thermogenics – There is only one thermogenic in this product which studies have shown to be reliable
- Potential side-effects – Synephrine has been seen to react badly with caffeine
