Review Overview – What does Blaze do?

Made by Red Rocket Sports, this is an all natural fat burner that has been claimed to promote:

  • Thermogenesis
  • Energy
  • Appetite Suppression

But how well does it really work?

In this review, we look closer at Blaze to see how effective it really is.

This is what you need to know:

How are the servings?

With only 1 serving a day – you’re not getting enough of this fat burner to get the full benefits.

You’re body can only absorb so much at a time – and it can only use so much at a time.

With 1 serving a day, the effects will only last for a matter of hours.

For the best results you need something that will give your body that constant supply of the nutrients it needs.

Ideally you should be looking at something in the 3 – 4 serving area.

This will keep you burning fat and constantly progressing.

What about the ingredients in Red Rocket Blaze?

It’s not that great.

The first problem has got to be the proprietary blends.

You don’t know how much of each ingredient you’re getting – or how effective it will be overall.

Not only that, some of the ingredients used have been linked to causing side effects.

Here’s the full run down:red-rocket-blaze-side-effects

One of the best options for energy. Caffeine has been seen in numerous studies to help energy and metabolism.

It has also been seen in some studies to help with power output.

A poorer choice.

Phenylethylamine is thought to boost the happy hormones like dopamine and serotonin.

However, studies have shown that this nutrient is broken down too quickly after absorption to have any real effect.

A solid appetite suppressant.

Glucomannan is an extract from the konjac root that swells in the stomach that promotes appetite suppression.

It’s great for keeping hunger cravings down.

One of the better amino acids.

L-Tyrosine has been seen to work as an anti-stressor, this could also help manage the rush effects of caffeine and promote mood.

Green Tea

One of the better thermogenics out there. Green Tea has been seen to help promote norepinephrine – the fat burning hormone.

This can help you burn more calories, with no extra effort.

It could also help give you a caffeinated boost.

Raspberry Ketones

A poor fat burner.

Although aggressively marketed as a fat burner, the actual studies on Raspberry Ketones are lacking with it only seeming to work in rat studies.

The benefits have never scaled up in human studies.

It seems to be marketed mainly because of its cheap production value.

A good appetite suppressant, but there are a few drawback.

Although, Yohimbe can help fight hunger cravings, it has been linked to causing several side effects.

Another poor fat burner.

Synephrine was thought to have some times to burning fat and improving energy levels – however studies have shown it to have little impact in humans.

Not only that, there has also been evidence of this nutrient causing side effects when combined with caffeine.

It’s not a good option.

Kola Nut

May help promote blood flow – but won’t make that much difference overall.

A good amino acid for energy and metabolism – but is there enough?

Studies have shown that for the best results you need 500 – 2500mg of L-Carnitine for the best results.

As this makes up part of a proprietary blend of 7mg, it’s safe to say you’re not getting that amount.

It will have little to no impact

Ingredients Bottom Line:

On the whole the ingredient profile in this product definitely aren’t the best.

The first problem here has to be the proprietary blends.

You don’t know how much of each ingredient you’re getting overall – and you don’t know how effective it will be.

Not only that, some of the ingredients may even cause side effects – something that could definitely ruin your cut.

And to top it all off, some of the nutrients appear to be under dosed.

Side Effects

There are 2 main ingredients you need to worry about in this product – the Yohimbe and the Synephrine.

Although Yohimbe has been seen in numerous studies to help promote appetite suppression – it has also been seen to cause several side effects.

Anxiety, hypertension and gastrointestinal distress are just some of the negatives you can expect with Yohimbe.

Synephrine also has problems, especially when mixed with caffeine.

Here are the side effects associated with this nutrient:

  • Headaches
  • Nausea
  • Dizziness
  • Risk of High Blood Pressure
  • Increased Heart Rate

It’s definitely not your best option.
