primal-muscle-lipotase-reviewReview Overview – What does Primal Muscle’s Lipotase do?

From Primal Muscle comes Lipotase, a fat burner claimed to:

  • Cut Fat
  • Raise Energy Levels

But does it really?

We’ve looked closely at the science behind this fat burner and we were surprised by what we uncovered, here’s what we found:

How are the servings?

Poor.

With only one serving a day, there’s only so much benefit you can expect to get out of a product like Lipotase.

Sure it’ll have some effect, but that will only be for a short duration, which will quickly fade after an hour or two.

What you should be looking for:

If you want an effective fat burner, you need to be looking at a supplement that has around 3 – 4 servings a day. This keeps the effects of the fat burner constant and gives your body a regular supply of nutrients to experience ’round the clock’ benefits.

What about the Ingredients in Primal Muscle Lipotase?

Mixed.

Some of the ingredients in this product are good, others are bad – but they’re all part of a proprietary blend.

This means we don’t know how much of each ingredient is being used in the supplement, or how effective it will be because of this. It’s a poor start. Here’s what we found:lipotase-supp-facts

The Garcinia Cambogia isn’t going to do much of anything…

It’s true. Originally thought to be an effective appetite suppressant, studies have shown that there is no conclusive evidence for it reducing food cravings.

The only thing it has been seen to do is add flavor to food as a seasoning.

The Guarana Seed extract may help with energy boosting…

A caffeinated herb that contains numerous antioxidants.

The mild caffeine boost from the Guarana may help with increasing energy and metabolism levels.

The Citrus Aurantium however could cause a problem…

This is a classic mistake in fat burners. Also known as Bitter Orange Extract, Citrus Aurantium has been to cause side effects when taken with caffeine or caffeinated herbs like the ones in this blend.

The Cayenne on the other hand has better qualities…

A potent thermogenic, this chilli raises your body’s core temperature. Your body starts a cooling process from this that burns calories and adds towards fat loss.

It’s also linked to appetite suppression.

Green Tea is another good one to add to the list…

Another potent thermogenic, Green Tea is one of the better natural fat burners out there. The catechins in this herb help promote norepiphrine in the body – the fat burning hormone and they also give a caffeinated kick for energy boosts.

The Dandelion however, we’re not so sure of…

A known diuretic, dandelion has been seen to help cut water weight. However, this doesn’t help burn fat, it just makes you temporarily lighter, and may cause side effects of headaches.

The L-Carnitine’s good – but is there enough?

An amino acid that helps promote energy levels and metabolism. The problem here is that this nutrient makes up part of a proprietary blend in Lipotase – which means we don’t know how much has actually been used.

Studies suggest you need around 500 – 2500mg of L-Carnitine to get the full benefit, which is a generous amount. I wouldn’t hold out hope for it being in here.primal-muscle-lipotase-main-image

Ingredients Bottom Line:

Overall, the main downfall of this fat burner is the proprietary blend. There is no way to know exactly how much of each ingredient is being used or by extension how effective it will be.

There’s also a side effect risk with some of the ingredients used in this product, and some of them have no fat burning benefits at all, and others seem to be under-dosed.

Overall, it’s not that much of an effective fat burner.

Are there any side effects?

Potentially.

The synephrine is the main culprit here as it’s known to react badly with caffeine and/or green tea. Side effects include headaches, nausea, dizziness, and risk of raised blood pressure.

It’s best to avoid if you’re prone to headaches or migraines.

Primal Muscle Lipotase Review Conclusion

On the whole, this is not the best fat burner on the market – by far.

There are various reasons why it’s not our top choice, here’s why:

  • Proprietary Blends – Don’t know how much of each ingredient is being used
  • Poor Servings – Only one a day, not enough to promote constant fat burning
  • Potential Side Effects – Synephrine could cause problems

There are plenty of better options out there. To see what we think is the most effective and safest fat burner on the market check below to see our current number #1:
