Review Overview – What does Dialed-In Extreme from Pride Nutrition do?
A natural fat burner claimed to promote and accelerate:
- Fat Loss
We put Dialed-In Extreme to the test to see if it really was up to industry standard.
In this review we look closely at the ingredients, servings and side effects of this product to determine how effective it is.
These are the results:
How are the servings?
With only 2 a day, there’s only so much benefit you can expect to get out of this fat burner.
The problem is that there are not enough servings. For the best results you need a fat burner that constantly supplies your body with the nutrients it needs to keep burning fat.
This ensures round the clock calorie burning, which is exactly what you want.
Unfortunately, this fat burner doesn’t offer this. To see the ones that do, hit the link below to be taken to our top 3 page:
What about the ingredients in Dialed-In Extreme?
Also not great.
There are some good ingredients in this product, but they’re targeted more at energy rather than fat loss.
This is pretty clear when you notice the lack of thermogenics in the nutrient profile.
Not one of the best we’ve seen. Take a look:
The L-tyrosine may help but not for fat burning…
More of a cognitive booster. This amino acid helps lower stress levels, and improve focus.
This may help reduce any side-effects for those intolerant to caffeine.
The L-carnitine seems a little underdosed…
This amino acid has been seen to increase energy levels, and metabolism.
However, studies have shown that more is needed for the full effects. Studies suggest 500 to 2500 mg of this nutrient per daily serving for the best results.
The caffeine should help…
A classic natural stimulant. Caffeine has been seen to increase energy levels, metabolism, and overall power output in the gym.
And the white willow bark extract won’t do much of anything…
This nutrient may promote anti-inflammatory benefits, however, this will do nothing for fat burning.
Whereas the Synephrine may cause problems…
Highly unreliable for fat burning benefits, this nutrient also known as bitter orange extract has been seen to cause side-effects when mixed with caffeine or caffeinated herbs.
You can find out more details in the side effects the section below.
And the Guggul doesn’t seem to do much…
Thought to effect the thyroid to promote fat burning hormones. This nutrient unfortunately has never delivered any conclusive results in clinical trials.
Ingredients Bottom Line:
The main problem with this product is that it misses out the core thermogenics that best support fat loss.
Instead it focuses on less effective choices and even some that are known to cause side effects.
Green tea, green coffee bean, cayenne pepper all would’ve been great choices.
Dialed-In doesn’t have an effective ingredient profile.

The main thing to worry about with this product is the Synephrine.
When combined with caffeine, or caffeinated nutrients this ingredient can cause the following side-effects:
- Risk of High Blood Pressure
- Raised Heart Rate
Be careful when taking this fat burner.
Pride Nutrition Dialed-In Extreme Review Conclusion
On the whole, this fat burner could do with some serious revisions.
For the main takeaway on this review, this what you need to know.
- Servings need work – with only 2 a day, you went round the clock fat loss
- More thermogenics needed – misses out green tea, green coffee bean and cayenne pepper. All big hitters for burning calories
- Potential Side Effects – Caffeine and Synephrine don’t play well together, they have a history of causing side effects when combined
As you can see, this is not the best fat burner out there.
We try a lot of fat burners and not many have great results. However, our current number one is by far the most effective and safest we’ve seen. We took it for a few months and had a great transformation.
