But how well does it actually work?

In this review, we look closer at SST Glow to see how effective it actually is.

This is what you need to know:

How are the servings?

Poor.

With only 1 serving a day, there’s only so much benefit you can get out of a product like this.

The main issue here is that your body isn’t the constant supply of nutrients it needs for maximum fat loss.

Ideally you need something that provides 3 – 4 servings a day. This will keep the nutrient supply to your body constant, keeping you in that fat burning mode.

Unfortunately not the case here in SST Glow.

What about the ingredients in Performix SST Glow?

Not that great.

The issue here are the proprietary blends – we don’t know how much of each ingredient is being used, or how effective it will be overall.

Not only that, there’s a risk of side effects here too.

This is what you need to know:sst-glow-side-effects

Caffeine

We all know how good caffeine is.

One of the best natural stimulants on the market, caffeine is great for energy and boosting metabolism.

It has even been seen to promote power output, which may come in handy in the gym.

The only worry is the proprietary blend – as we don’t know how much caffeine is actually in this product – it could be too much.

Ashwagandha

Not a fat burner; although it may have some benefit.

Ashwagandha has been seen in several studies to help lower cortisol – the stress hormone.

This may allow you to focus more while training – but not promote fat loss.

Bitter Orange/Synephrine

This nutrient is a risk.

Thought to help with fat burning – although nothing has been proven.

Not only that, synephrine has been seen to react badly with caffeine, and even cause side effects.

More on that in the side effects section later.

Huperzine A

A poor choice.

Although it’s linked to improving cognition, studies have shown Huperzine A is easily to build up a tolerance to.

This means it needs to be cycled, and if taken long term, will deliver little to no effect.

Yohimbe

An appetite suppressant, which may cause complications.

Studies have shown that although Yohimbe can be effective – it has been shown to cause side effects in certain cases.

More on that later.

Mucuna Pruriens

Not a fat burner by any stretch.

Full of L-Dopa, Mucuna Pruriens may help promote happy hormones like Dopamine and Serotonin.

This may make you feel more motivated to train, but will not promote fat loss.

Triticum Vulgare

Essentially wheatgerm oil.

This has Vitamin D and E, and may help with skin health.

CLA

A poor fat burner.

Typically used in stimulant free fat burners, but it’s not as effective as it’s marketed to be.

It doesn’t have enough on the right receptors to initiate fat burning.

Evening Primrose

May help with eczema, but not a lot has been proven.performix-sst-glow-results

Ingredients Bottom Line:

On the whole, this isn’t the best nutrient profile we’ve seen – not by a long shot.

The main problem here are the proprietary blends.

You don’t know how much you’re getting in each ingredient, or how effective it will be overall.

Secondly you’ve got to consider the side effect risks.

Both Yohimbe and Synephrine have been linked to causing side effects.

It’s just not a great profile.

Side Effects

The mains side effect risks in SST Glow come from the Yohimbe and the Synephrine.

Yohimbe has been seen to cause problems such as gastrointestinal distress, anxiety and hypertension.

Whereas Synephrine has been seen to do far worse when mixed with caffeine – which it is in this blend.

This includes;

  • Headaches
  • Nausea
  • Raised Heartache
  • Increased Risk of Stroke
  • Raised Blood Pressure
  • And more.

It’s just not a great option – especially when you’re trying to burn.

Is there anything better than this fat burner?

Definitely.

We’ve scoured the market for the best fat burners that promote:

  1. Thermogenic Calorie Burning
  2. Energy Levels
  3. Fat Loss
  4. Appetite Suppression

And we’ve narrowed it down to just three.

Performix SST Glow Review Conclusion

All in all, this isn’t the best fat burner on the market.

From this review, this is what you need to know about SST Glow;

  • Poor Servings – With only 1 serving a day, your body won’t remain in fat-burning mode for long. It needs a regular nutrient supply to do that.
  • Ineffective ingredients – Many of the nutrients used lack clinical backing.
  • Potential side effects – Yohimbe and Synephrine have both been linked to side effects.
  • Proprietary Blend – You don’t know how much you’re getting of each ingredient or how effective it will be overall.

As you can see it’s not the best option.
