Manufactured by Optimum Nutrition, Daily Fit is an all natural fat burner claimed to promote:

But how well does it really work?

In this review, we look closer at Daily Fit, to see how effective it actually is.

How are the servings?

Need improving.

With only 2 servings a day, there’s only so much benefit you can expect from this fat burner.

You’ve got to think about the fat burning process. Your body needs to be in fat burning mode for as long as it can.

With just two serving a day, those effects are going to wear off fairly quickly – and won’t last all day.

Ideally what you want is something with 3 – 4 servings a day. This ensures that your body gets a constant supply of the nutrients it needs and will keep burning fat.

It’s not the best for servings, this fat burner.

What about the ingredients in ON’s Daily Fit?

Okay – but there’s room for improvement.

There seems to be a lot more vitamins than actual fat burning nutrients here.

Vitamin B12

One of the only effective vitamins here.

B12, may help with metabolic reactions in the body.

This may boost your overall calorie burning.

Acetyl L-Carnitine

An amino acid that helps boost energy and metabolism.

Studies suggest that L-Carnitine needs to be in doses of 500mg or higher, so it’s right on the money here.

It’s a good choice in ON’s Daily Fit.

Green Tea

One of the better thermogenics.

Green Tea has been seen to promote fat burning in a great thermogenic way.

After being absorbed, the catechins in the green tea encourage your body to release more norepinephrine – the fat burning hormone.

Plus the caffeine in the tea leaf will also give you an energy boost.

Red Pepper

A hot chilli pepper that promotes more thermogenesis.

By raising your body’s core temperature – red pepper initiated a cool down process in your body.

This cool down process requires more energy and calories than you would use usually, and helps you burn more fat.

It may even have some mild effect on appetite suppression.

Black Pepper

Not a fat burner. But may help with nutrient absorption.

Ingredients Bottom Line:

As you can see, there are some good ingredients in Daily Fit.

However, there’s so few of them. ON tries to pad out the rest of the product with Vitamins, which although are good for overall health – do not aid fat loss.

All in all they could do more, maybe add some Glucomannan (appetite suppressant) or Green Coffee Bean (thermogenic).

There are better options out there.
