But how well does it really work?

In this review, we look closer at Natures Burn to see how effective it really is.

This is what we’ve found:

How are the servings?

Poor.

With only 1 serving a day, you’ll be making slow progress using Natures Burn.

The problem is that if you get one big serving a day, your body won’t absorb it all, and the effects will wear off rather quickly.

Ideally you want to be looking for something with 3 – 4 servings a day. This will keep your supply of nutrients consistent at an optimum amount.

Effects will last all day, and you’ll continue to burn fat. Whereas Natures Burn’s effects will wear off rather quickly.

What about the ingredients in Natures Burn?

Okay – but not great.

There are some really good ingredients in this product – but they’re overshadowed by proprietary blends.

This means although we know what we’re getting – we don’t know how much. Which can lead to unreliable results.

There’s also risk of side effects.

We’ve made a list of the main ingredients you need to know about, here’s what you got:

P.S.: You can skip to the bottom of this section for a quick summary!

Garcinia Cambogia

A popular fat burner ingredient – but not an effective choice.

Despite being claimed by various marketing methods to promote appetite suppression, studies have shown than Garcinia Cambogia has little effect.

It may help season food, but that’s all. It does not promote fat loss.

Glucomannan

A better appetite suppression.

From the konjac plant, Glucomannan is a fibrous complex that expands in the stomach. It makes you feel more full.

There are numerous studies that vouch for its effectiveness.

Green Coffee Bean

A good thermogenic.

Green coffee bean is full of chlorogenic acid. This cuts down the amount of glucose in your liver.

With less glucose, your body needs to find a new energy source, and moves on to your stored fat cells.

Green Tea

A solid thermogenic.

Green tea is great for fat burning. Packed with catechins, after being absorbed green tea promotes your body’s supply of norepinephrine – the fat burning hormone.

It also has a mild hit of caffeine to perk you up.

Guarana

A caffeinated herb.

It has some antioxidants that may help towards overall health, but on the most part, what you’re getting here is a stimulant.

It does not promote fat loss effectively.

Caffeine

A good stimulant.

Caffeine is a well known natural stimulant. It’s great in the gym for promoting both energy and metabolism.

Depending on the dosage it can also help with overall power output.

Rapsberry Ketones

A poor choice.

Rapsberry ketones are an overhyped fat burning ingredient.

It’s cheap to produce and artificial. It has been linked to no fat burning benefits – but due to its price, supplement companies promote it as much as they can.

CLA

Another bad choice.

Thought to be a stimulant free fat burner, CLA has been shown to be somewhat of a disappointment.

Studies have shown CLA fails to influence the correct receptors needed for effective fat burning – it’s too weak in itself to achieve fat burning benefits.

Coleus Forskholii

An okay addition – but it’s mild at best.

Coleus Forsholii has been seen to increase fat burning – however the effects are unreliable.

Considering we don’t know how much of it is being used in this blend either – it’s unclear whether it will have any benefit at all.

Synephrine

A bad addition that has been linked to several side effects – especially when mixed with caffeine.

Synephrine was though to help boost thermogenesis and increase energy levels – however the effects are minimal.

It will only cause problems here.

L-Carnitine

A good amino acid that is linked to promoting both energy and metabolism.

However, studies have shown you need at least 500mg of L-Carnitine to get the full effects, and as this is a proprietary blend, we have no way of knowing if you’re getting enough.

We wouldn’t hold out hope on this one.

L-Arginine

Seen to promote bloodflow – however L-Arginjne doesn’t perform well when supplemented orally.

It doesn’t get absorbed properly, and can’t perform its function.

A better alternative is L-Citrulline which is converted into L-Arginine in the liver which solves this problem.

However it still doesn’t promote fat burning.

L-Tyrosine

Reduces stress and anxiety.

L-Tyrosine can help promote focus and reduce jitters from high amounts of caffeine.natures-burn-results

Ingredients Bottom Line:

After looking at the core ingredients in Natures Burn – we’ve got to say we’re not that impressed.

The first problem is the proprietary blend. There are some ingredients in here, but without knowing their dosages, we can’t say how effective they’ll be.

On top of that the Synephrine has been linked to several side effects which may cause problems.

And some of these ingredients are clearly under-dosed.

Overall it’s not the best we’ve seen.

Side Effects

The main thing you have to worry about with Natures Burn is the Synephrine.

Having been seen in numerous studies to react badly with caffeine and caffeinated herbs like Green Tea, it’ll be trouble in this blend.

Potential side effects include:

  • Raised Blood Pressure
  • Increased Risk of Stroke
  • Headaches
  • Raised Heart Rate
  • Dizziness

This is definitely not what you want while cutting fat.

Is there anything better than this fat burner?

Definitely.

We’ve scoured the market for the best fat burners that promote:

  1. Thermogenic Calorie Burning
  2. Energy Levels
  3. Fat Loss
  4. Appetite Suppression

And we’ve narrowed it down to just three.
