Review Overview – What does N2BM LipoFit do?

Made by N2BM, LipoFit is an all natural fat burner that has been claimed to promote:

  • Thermogenesis
  • Energy
  • Focus

But how well does it really work?

In this review, we look closer at LipoFit to see how effective it actually is.

This is what you need to know:

How are the servings?

Pretty good.

With 4 servings a day, LipoFit stays constantly in your system allowing you to benefit from the nutrients throughout the day.

If the nutrients are good, this will keep you in a constant fat burning mode. But it all depends on what’s in it. So what are they like?

What about the ingredients in N2BM LipoFit?

They’re not great – and the proprietary blend doesn’t help.

Being a proprietary blend, you don’t know how much of each ingredient you’re getting or how effective it will be overall.

Not only that, there’s only a handful of good ingredients – and there’s even a risk of side effects.

Here’s what you need to know:n2bm-lipofit-side-effects

A caffeinated herb, containing a few antioxidants.

The antioxidants may mildly promote overall health, and the caffeine may have some effect on energy levels – it will be mild though.

This option however won’t.

Pure caffeine, this natural stimulant will promote energy and metabolism.

It’s even been seen in some cases to boost power output, helping you do more in the gym.

Not a fat burner, but may help focus.

Bacopa has been seen to help promote focus, memory and even help against cognitive decline.

It may help you concentrate more in the gym, but won’t directly help your waistline.

A good thermogenic.

Essentially branded capsaicin (the component that gives chili its heat), Capsimax raises your body’s overall core temperature.

This is great for burning calories. With a raised temperature, your body has to initiate a cool down process that burns additional calories.

This is all automatic and requires no effort on your behalf, it’s an easy way to cut down more.

Structurally similar to ephedrine – a potent, now illegal fat burner.

Although this sounds like it may be effective – nothing has been proven to link Higenamine to actually burning fat.

It’s the ephedrine angle that gives it that marketability.

Another nutrient that has been believed to have fat burning effects.

However, when looked at it more detail, very little has come forward to prove that it makes a difference.

White Willow

An anti-inflammatory.

This won’t do much for you overall, but may help mildly with bloating and sensitive joints.

Huperzine A

A poorer choice.

Huperzine A is a cognitive booster that was thought to help with mental performance – but this isn’t the full story.

Studies have shown, it’s not as effective as it’s made out to be.

The problem is you can build up a tolerance to this nutrient too quickly – and research suggests it needs to be cycled.

You can’t use it too often.

A good amino acid – but is there enough.

Carnitine is good for boosting energy and metabolism – however studies have shown you need a lot of it for the best results.

With LipoFit being a proprietary blend, it’s unclear how much we’re getting – which is a shame as studies have shown you need 500 – 2500mg for the best possible results.

Not really a fat burner, actually found more in testosterone boosters.

DIM is a component found in broccoli that is thought to help reduce estrogen. However research has not been able to confirm this yet.

This nutrient needs more looking in to.

Citrus Auruantium / Bitter Orange Extract

A very poor choice.

Once thought to be a fat burner, the actual evidence for Bitter Orange having an effect is minor.

Not only that, it has been linked to causing several side effects.

Especially when caffeine is involved.n2bm-lipofit-results

Ingredient Bottom Line:

On the whole, this isn’t the best nutrient profile we’ve come across.

The proprietary blend is the first issue.

You don’t know how much you’re getting of each ingredient, or how effective it will be overall.

Secondly, despite being a fat burner, there’s a serious shortage of actual fat burning ingredients.

The only good choices here are the caffeine and Capsimax.

It’s a disappointing nutrient profile.

Side Effects

The main worry here is the synephrine.

A notorious fat burner, it has been seen to cause bad reactions when combined with caffeine.

Reports have shown it can cause issues such as;

  • Headaches
  • Nausea
  • Raised Blood Pressure
  • Raised Heart Rate
  • Dizziness

It’s definitely not we recommend while you’re trying to lose weight.

Is there anything better than this fat burner?

We’ve scoured the market for the best fat burners that promote:

  1. Thermogenic Calorie Burning
  2. Energy Levels
  3. Fat Loss
  4. Appetite Suppression

And we’ve narrowed it down to just three.

  • Proprietary Blend – You don’t know how much of each ingredient you’re getting, or how effective it will be overall.
  • Missing Core Nutrients – There are only 2 good ingredients in this product that will help to burn fat.

As you can see, this isn’t your best option.
