Review Overview – What does MuscleSport International Thermal Revolution do?
Made by MuscleSport, this is an all natural fat burner claimed to promote:
- Weight Loss
- Appetite Suppression
- Energy
But how well does it really work?
In this review, we look closer at Thermal Revolution to see how effective it really is.
This is what you need to know:
How are the servings?
Poor.
With only 1 serving a day, this is not your best option for effective fat loss.
Think about it. The effects are going to wear off in a matter of hours.
For the best results, you need a constant supply of the best nutrients to keep them working in your system and keep you burning fat.
Ideally you want to be looking for a fat burner with 3 – 4 servings to get these effects.
MuscleSport could do better here.
What about the ingredients in Thermal Revolution?
Not that great.
Although there are some good ingredients in here – there are also some that cause side effects.
There are some risky choices in this fat burner, and before you go any further you need to know what they are.
Here are our findings:
Caffeine
Arguably the best natural stimulant out there.
Caffeine has been seen to increase energy and metabolism.
It’s tried and tested – it’s pretty effective.
Not only that it’s even been seen to promote power output, which could even make more effective in the gym.
Apium Graveolens
Essentially Celery Seed Extract.
This nutrient has been seen to work as a diuretic – which may help get rid of excess water weight, but will not promote fat loss.
Phenylethylamine
A poor option.
Thought to increase the levels of happy hormones like serotonin and dopamine – studies have shown otherwise.
In reality, phenylethylamine is broken down to quickly after oral supplementation to be active and effective in your system.
It’s not a good option.
Hordenine
An unreliable fat burner.
There are mixed results when it comes to hordenine’s effectiveness.
It might work – it might not work.
This may not be your best option when it comes to reliable fat loss.
DIM
Not a fat burner – but an interesting choice.
DIM has been thought to work as an aromotase inhibitor (estrogen suppressor) however the evidence for it this thin.
It won’t promote fat loss.
Phosphatidylserine
Good for cognition – indifferent for fat loss.
Phosphatidylserine may help promote focus and memory.
This may make you more focused throughout the day, but will have no effect on your fat loss.
Evodia
May increase the effects of thermogenesis by increasing body heat – however it has been seen to lessen the effects of caffeine.
Synephrine
A very poor choice – that may even cause side effects.
Although thought to promote fat loss and energy – studies have shown that it’s not actually that effective.
In fact, users have reported several side when using side effects – especially when combined with caffeine. One of the chief ingredients in this product.
We’ll explain the side effects in more detail in the next section.
Yohimbe
An effective appetite suppressant – however there is a serious drawback.
Although it helps curb hunger cravings, users have reported several side effects when using Yohimbe.
More on that later.
CapsiAtra (Dihydrocapsiate)
A form of capsicum, which is found in cayenne pepper.
CapsiAtra increases body heat which initiates a thermogenic effect.
It makes your body want to cool down – which starts a temperature regulating process which burns additional calories without any extra effort.
Ingredients Bottom Line: On the whole, Thermal Revolution doesn’t have the best ingredient profile we’ve seen. Although it has some good options, we’re not keen on the abundance of nutrients that cause side effects. Both Synephrine and Yohimbe have been seen to cause several side effects in users. Not only that the Apium G is a diuretic and may cause dehydration. It’s not the best looking option.
Side Effects
There are two main risks here, the Synephrine and the Yohimbe.
Synephrine has been seen to react badly in some users – especially when combined with caffeine. Here’s what you may expect:
- Headaches
- Nausea
- Increased Risk of High Blood Pressure
- Raised Heart Rate
- Light Headedness
Definitely not what you want while cutting fat.
Yohimbe on the other hand has been seen to cause anxiety, hypertension and gastrointestinal distress.
These are not appealing options.
