What does Ms. Burn do?
Ms. Burn is a female fat burner from BesProducts LLC, a relatively new supplement company gaining a lot of attention on the market.
In a nutshell the fat burner claims to:
- Boost metabolism and energy levels
- Increase thermogenic fat loss
But is it really as good as they say it is?
Many of you have messaged me regarding Ms. Burn and if it is really worth the money – this review has the answer.

How does Ms. Burn Work?
Unfortunately for Ms. Burn there’s only one daily serving in this product.
The problem with one serving a day is that your body can only benefit for a short period of time after taking the supplement.
The highest rated supplements have around 3 – 4 servings a day. This ensures round the clock fat burning, steady energy levels, and effective appetite suppression – depending on the quality of the ingredients.
The ingredients in Ms. Burn was hit and miss, with only a few solid additions – here’s the run down:
Caffeine is always a good choice – but there’s quite a lot of it.
For one serving Ms. Burn packs a hell of a lot of caffeine. With 200mg of extended release caffeine along with 50mg more from the green tea – you’re going to be in for a wild ride – especially if you don’t have a tolerance to it.
However, you can’t go wrong with Green Tea.
Green Tea on the other hand is a thermogenic powerhouse. Not only does it give your body the caffeinated boost, but the catechins in the tea also help towards promoting the fat burning hormone norepinephrine to give a thermogenic boost.
Glucuronolactone is common in energy drinks, but scary in practice.
This is a frightening ingredient. Why? Because no one really knows what it does. Although it’s common in energy drinks (and often a key component) there’s little to no research into glucuronolactone that actually states what it does.
And there’s a 150mg of it in this product. Eek.
Synephrine is just as bad, with potential side effects to boot.
Also known as bitter orange extract with the potential to ruin your goals altogether. Synephrine not only has no studies directly linking it to effective fat loss, but it also has the issue of causing side effects when mixed with caffeinated herbs like green tea.
You can learn more about what to expect with this further on in this review.
Interesting angle with the Vinpocetine
This is one more for your mind than your body. Vinpocetine may have some cognitive enhancing effects, and may have some benefits improving bloodflow, however the results from this are minimal.
At least there’s a safe amount of Yohimbine
Sometimes supplements use too much Yohimbine, which can lead to various side effects, however this product uses just the right amount and should help suppress appetite.
For future reference too much yohimbine is around 0.2mg/kg of body weight and can cause anxiety, hypertension and gastrointestinal distress.
Overall the only 2 real ingredients worth your time here is the Green Tea and the Caffeine (although there may be too much for 1 serving).

Side Effects
There are two ingredients in Ms.Burn which may cause potential side effects.
The first is the caffeine, with 250mg of caffeine per serving, there’s a serious risk of jitters and nausea when taking this product – especially if you already have a low tolerance to the stimulant.
The second is synephrine, better known as bitter orange extract. There has been many reported studies of it reacting badly with caffeinated herbs and stimulants in general.
Side effects include raised blood pressure, nausea, and increased risks of heart attacks and strokes.
For these reasons we recommend steering clear of Ms. Burn.

Ms. Burn Weight Loss Review Conclusion
Overall Ms. Burn has too many problems in it’s formula and servings for me to recommend it to you as an effective fat burner.
In terms of the formula, the only two effective supplements that contributes to fat loss here is the green tea and the caffeine – however at 250mg, the caffeine serving is heavily over dosed and could lead to side effects.
You could also face side effects from the inclusion of synephrine in this product, which is known to cause problems when mixed with caffeinated herbs like green tea.
The servings are another problem as there is only one a day. This leaves a lot of time between doses and allows for the thermogenic fat burning effects to wear off.
If you’re looking for safe and effective fat burning experience I do not recommend Ms. Burn.
