How are the servings?


With only 1 serving a day, it’ll be hard to see fast results.

Although the dosage is big, you’re body can only absorb so much at a time.

Much will be wasted, and the effects of the rest will fade after a few hours.

For the best results you need a fat burner that has around 3 – 4 servings a day. 

This gives your body that constant supply of the nutrients it needs to keep you in that fat burning mode throughout the day.

What about the ingredients in PYRO STIM?

Extensive, but by no means the best.

The main stumbling block for this fat burner has to be the proprietary blends.

You don’t know how much you’re getting of ingredient, or how effective it will be overall.

Green Tea

A great thermogenic.

Green Tea is good for promoting fat loss, due to the catechins contained in the leaf.

After absorption the catechins work within your body to promote the fat burning hormone norepinephrine.

This helps to burn fat cells and calories with no extra effort on your part.

Citrus Aurantium

A poor choice – both in results and side effects.

Also known as Bitter Orange Extract, this nutrient was thought to help with energy and fat loss – but studies have shown otherwise.

In reality, it doesn’t do much for results – but it may even cause side effects. Especially when it’s combined with caffeine.

Cayenne Pepper

A good thermogenic.

This chilli has been seen to raise your overall core temperature.

This makes your body initiate a cool down process to regulate itself. The process uses up numerous calories without any extra effort on your part.

Just sit back and enjoy the burn.


A poorer choice.

DMAE was thought to help promote cognition and focus – however, studies have shown otherwise.

Not only does this nutrient have little to no impact on your results, it may even cause side effects.

Ginkgo Biloba

Another bad cognitive enhancer.

Although used in numerous cognitive enhancers – the actual evidence for Ginkgo Biloba is seriously lacking.

On the whole the evidence for this nutrient is lacking, with some reports showing success and others not.

The main consensus between researchers at the moment is that this nothing more than a placebo effect – and that Ginkgo may not be effective at all.


An anti-stressor, and another nutrient that doesn’t support fat loss.

L-Tyrosine helps to raise the happy hormones like serotonin and dopamine. It may help with your mood – but not with fat loss.

Rhodiola Rosea

A better brain booster, but again, how does this help fat loss?

It doesn’t. It may help your mood and focus, but when it comes to your waistline, you’ll see no difference.


A diuretic, which may help with water weight.

Although this may help you lose immediate weight – it won’t burn fat, only pass more water through you.

White Willow

Linked to reducing inflammation.

This could help with joint health and swelling – but not fat loss.


Literally just black pepper.

Ingredients Bottom Line:

On the whole, the main problem with this nutrient profile are the abundance of proprietary blends.

You don’t know how much you’re getting of each ingredient or how effective it will be overall.

Not only that, many of the nutrients used do not promote fat loss, and some even contain side effects.

It’s just not your best option.

Side Effects

The main nutrients you have to worry about with PYRO STIM is the Citrus Aurantium and DMAE.

Citrus Aurantium has been seen to react badly when combined with caffeine. Leading to several side effects such as;

  • Headaches
  • Nausea
  • Risk of High Blood Pressure
  • Dizziness

Whereas DMAE has been seen to cause birth defects in expectant mothers.

And the rest of the side effects surrounding that nutrient are still unknown – it doesn’t even promote fat loss.

It’s definitely not what you want in a fat burner.
