Review Overview – What does Pro-Fusion Core X F-1 do?

Made by MBRX, this is an all natural fat burner claimed to promote:

  • Energy
  • Fat Loss
  • Focus

But just how well does it work?

In this review, we look closer at Pro-Fusion Core X F-1 to see how effective it really is.

This is what you need to know:

How are the servings?

Could be better.

With only 2 a day, you’re not being supplied with enough of this fat burner to ensure round the clock results.

Your body needs a constant supply of the nutrients it needs throughout the day to stay in that constant fat burning mode.

For the best results, you need 3 – 4 servings a day. That would give your body the continuous supply and faster results.

What about the ingredients in Pro-Fusion Core X F-1?

Not that great.

Although Pro-Fusion Core X F-1 has some good ingredients, it also has some not so good ones too.

There’s a pretty serious risk of side effects with this product too.

The cons seem to be outweighing the pros on this one.

Take a look:pro-fusion-core-x-f1-side-effects

Garcinia Cambogia

Thought to promote appetite suppression – however studies have shown this to not be the case.

Although heavily marketed as an appetite suppressant, there has been nothing proven regarding this nutrient and appetite suppression.

At most it may help season food.

Green Tea

One of the better thermogenics on the market.

Green Tea is full of catechins which have been seen to promote the fat burning hormone norepinephrine.

This will help burn more calories and fat cells without any extra effort.

It may also give a mild caffeine boost.

Arguably the best natural stimulant on the market.

Caffeine has been in seen in numerous studies to help promote energy and metabolism.

It has even been seen in some studies to help promote power output, which could help promote your overall performance in the gym.

Coleus Forskholii

A very unreliable nutrient.

Coleus Forskholii has been thought to help with fat loss, and help raise testosterone in men.

However the evidence is very unreliable, and it’s very unlikely that it will produce effective results.

A lot more research is needed on this nutrient.

Raspberry Ketones

One of the poorest fat burners on the market.

Raspberry Ketones has been heavily marketed as an effective fat burner – but there are no human studies to confirm this.

The only reason this could be is by how cheap Ketones are to produce.

They have nothing to lose and everything to gain by selling a lot of it. There have been no studies that confirm it promotes fat loss in humans.

Cayenne Pepper

A good thermogenic.

Cayenne pepper is a hot chill that raises your overall core heat. This is a good thing, and kick starts a cool down process from your body.

This requires more energy and burns more calories without you needing any extra effort.

Citrus Aurantium

A seriously risky choice.

Also known as bitter orange extract, this nutrient is a poor fat burner with very little clinical backing.

Not only that, studies have shown when combined with caffeine this nutrient has been seen to cause various side effects.

More on that in the following section.

Green Coffee Bean

A better option.

Green Coffee Bean is full of chlorogenic, a great thermogenic.

By cutting down the glucose in your liver, the chlorogenic acid encourages your body to look for another energy source – namely your stored fat cells.

This helps you burn more overall

Ingredients Bottom Line:

On the whole this isn’t the best nutrient profile out there.

There are some good ingredients in here – but there are some seriously ineffective ones too.

Not only that, some of the ingredients used may even cause side effects – namely the Citrus Aurantium.

It isn’t your best option.

Side Effects

The main side effect risk here is the Citrus Aurantium.

Having been seen to cause numerous side effects, especially when mixed with caffeine, this nutrient has been seen to cause:

  • Headaches
  • Nausea
  • Higher heart rate
  • Risk of High Blood Pressure
  • Dizziness

Definitely not what you want in a fat burner.
