In this review, we looked closely at the servings, ingredients and science behind this fat burner to see if it really is as efective as it’s marketing makes out.

How are the servings?

Needs improvement.

With LMNITRIX Melt you only get 2 servings a day. This means you don’t ensure round the clock fat burning.

For for your body to burn fat with these supplements, you need to constantly supply it with the nutrients it needs to keep burning calories and helping you reach that ideal body type.

If you want to get the best results you need something that provides 3 – 4 servings a day, this ensures that your body is being supplied constantly with the nutrients it needs and that you see results a lot quicker.

What about the ingredients in LMNITRIX Melt?

Mixed and problematic.

Although there are some good ingredients in LMNITRIX’s Melt, they are all part of a proprietary blend. This means we don’t know how much of each is being used or how effective they will be. The only exception being the caffeine and the choline.

Another problem here is that some of the ingredients have been linked to causing side effects. Take a look:LMNITRIX-MELT-ingredients

250mg of Caffeine in one serving is a little much…

Considering most fat burners contain that amount over many servings throughout the day, pushing it all into one pill is going to lead to an energy crash.

When dosed safely, caffeine is good for promoting energy, metabolism and power output.

Choline may help, but not with fat loss…

Although it has been seen in some circumstances to help with memory and cognition, Choline may give you that extra focus in the gym, but it’s not going to promote fat loss.

L-Carnitine is a good, but it’s looking a little low in that 300mg blend…

This is a great amino acid for fat loss, however, it’s clearly under-dosed in LMNITRIX Melt.

Studies have shown for L-Carnitine to raise energy levels and boost metabolism you need servings of 500 – 2500mg, and considering this is a blend which is only 300mg – you’re definitely not getting that much here.

And Phenylethylamine isn’t that great…

Another cognitive booster, thought to increase serotonin, or ‘the happy hormones’. Although it may do this in theory, studies have shown that the compound is broken down to quickly after absorption making it hard for your body to get any beenfits.

Capsimax is good though…

A branded version of capsicum, the compound that gives chili its heat. This is a great thermogenic that increases your overall core temperature and alerts your body to cool it down.

This process is requires extra energy and makes your body burn more calories to handle the problem.

And Dendrobium may help digestion but not much else…

This is mainly used to avoid stomach upset or any other digestion issues. Dendrobium does not promote fat loss, but does keep you regular.

The Jury is out on Hordenine and Higenamine…

Although both thought to help promote fat loss, there is serious lacking evidence around them. Even the recommended dosage for Hordenine is unknown.

They’re both very unreliable.

Synephrine is also an issue…

One of the poorer performing fat burners out there, synephrine is also known as Bitter Orange Extract and is linked to a range of side effects when combined with caffeine or caffeinated herbs like Green Tea, you can find out more about the complaints in our side effects section below.

Huperzine A isn’t that useful…

Although linked to promoting cognitive function i.e. function, there is no evidence for this nutrient promoting fat loss.LMNITRIX-MELT-main-image

Ingredients Bottom Line:

Overall, this is one of the more lacking nutrient profiles we’ve seen, and the proprietary blend is a big reason for that. As we don’t know how much of each ingredient is being used, how can we know how effective it will be?

On top of that there’s numerous nutrients in here like the Synephrine and the Caffeine that may cause caffeine, and an overall lack of core fat burning ingredients. This LMNITRIX Melt needs more thermogenics and appetite suppressants to properly stand its ground.

Best Fat Burner Ingredients

Side Effects

There are two main ingredients here you have to worry about, the caffeine and the synephrine.

Caffeine usually isn’t a concern but with 250mg in one capsule, it definitely is in this product and can lead to jitters, dizziness and headaches.

Synephrine, which doesn’t react well with caffeine, makes these matters even worse and has been seen to promote:

  • Nausea
  • Increased Heart rate
  • Increased Risk of High Blood Pressure
  • Light Headedness
  • Headaches

There are definitely better options out there.

LMNITRIX MELT Review Conclusion

On the whole there are a few reasons why LMNITRIX MELT isn’t the best available.

Here’s why:

  • Servings Need Improvement – With only 2 a day, there’s only so much benefit you can get out of this product
  • Proprietary Blend – We don’t know how much of each ingredient is being used or how effective it will be
  • Potential Side Effects – Both the synephrine and the heavily dosed caffeine pose as issues here
