Review Overview – What does LMNITRIX CUTZ-NS do?

Made by LMNITRIX, this is a stimulant free fat burner claimed to promote:

  • Energy
  • Fat Loss
  • Metabolism

But how well does it really work?

In this review, we look closer at CUTZ-NS to see how effective it really is.

This is what you need to know:

How are the servings?

Poor.

With only 1 serving a day, this isn’t your ideal option if you’re looking for day-long fat loss.

As the effects of a serving will only last for a few hours, you will only get so much benefit per day.

For the best results you need 3 – 4 servings per day. This keeps your body full of the nutrients it needs to constantly help you burn fat.

It’s a shame LMNITRIX didn’t do this.

What about the ingredients in LMNITRIX CUTZ-NS?

Not the best we’ve seen.

There appears to be only 2 solid ingredients in this product – the Green Coffee Bean and the Cayenne Pepper.

The rest have either very little effects, or have the potential to cause side effects.

From this nutrient profile, here’s what you need to know:

L-Carnitine

One of the better amino acids.

L-Carnitine has been linked to promoting both energy and metabolism in your body.

Studies have shown you need 500 – 2500mg for the best results. As CUTZ-NS has 500mg, this is a good amount to ensure you get the benefit.

Dandelion

Not that great of an option.

Dandelion works a diuretic, meaning that it cuts water weight but not actual fat.

This could lead to dehydration – and the side effects that come along with it.

Green Coffee Bean

A potent thermogenic.

Green Coffee Bean is packed with cholorogenic acid, which is what makes this nutrient so effective.

Cholorogenic acid helps cut down the glucose in your liver. This encourages your body to look for other resources in your body to burn for energy – namely your fat cells.

It’s great for burning additional calories with no extra effort.

Garcinia Cambogia

A poorer option that has been thought to help with appetite suppression – however studies have shown this isn’t the case.

In reality, the most Garcinia has been seen to do is improve the flavor of a dish.

It has never been seen to curb appetite.

Citrus Aurantium

Not a great option.

Citrus Aurantium is also known as Synephrine and comes from the Bitter Orange Extract.

Although marketed to help as both a stimulant and a fat burner – studies have shown otherwise.

Not only does Citrus Aurantium have little effect on fat loss – it can also cause side effects.

More on what those are later on.

Raspberry Ketones

Another poor ingredient.

Raspberry Ketones are aggressively marketed as a fat burner – however studies have shown that Raspberry Ketones have only ever worked in rat studies.

The results have never scaled up in human trials.

Not only that Rapsberry Ketones have been classed as a ‘Novel Food’ in the EU and banned in supplements. This down to a lack of studies on long term side effects of these effects.

Cayenne Pepper

A better thermogenic.

Cayenne Pepper contains a nutrient known as capsaicin – the component that gives chili its heat.

The result is that it raises your core temperature – which initiates a cool down process.

This temperature regulation that your body does to cool burns extra calories with no extra effort on your part.

Black Pepper

Doesn’t promote fat loss – but may help with absorption.

This may help the product to activate sooner.

Huperzine A

A poor cognitive booster.

Although it may mildly increase focus – studies have shown that this nutrient is easy to build a tolerance to.

This means the effects are short lived, and it is not a viable option long term.

Ingredients Bottom Line:

On the whole, this isn’t the best fat burner on the market.

When it comes to nutrient profile, several of the options used lack the clinical backing to support their claims as a fat burner – while others have been linked to causing side effects.

It’s not the safest option.

Side Effects

Your main concern here has got to be the Synephrine.

Having been seen in numerous studies to cause issues in users, many that have used Synephrine have reported symptoms of:

  • Headaches
  • Nausea
  • Raised Blood Pressure
  • Increased Heart Rate
  • Light Headedness

It’s not a recommended option for fat loss.

Is there anything better than this fat burner?

Definitely.

We’ve scoured the market for the best fat burners that promote:

  1. Thermogenic Calorie Burning
  2. Energy Levels
  3. Fat Loss
  4. Appetite Suppression

And we’ve narrowed it down to just three.
