Review Overview – What does LMNITRIX BURNZ do?

Made by LMNITRIX, this is an all natural fat burner that has been claimed to promote:

  • Fat Loss
  • Energy
  • Metabolism

But how well does it really work?

In this review, we look closer at BURNZ to see how effective it really is.

This is what you need to know:

How are the servings?

Not that great.

With only 2 servings a day – you may not guarantee day long fat burning with this product.

The problem is that the effects will only last for a few hours at a time. This means there will be long periods throughout the day where you are experiencing no effects.

Ideally, what you need is 3 – 4 servings a day. This ensures that your body is being constantly topped up with the nutrients you need and allows you to keep burning fat throughout the day.

This product isn’t your best option for day long fat loss.

What about the ingredients in LMNITRIX BURNZ?

Okay – but there is room for improvement.

There are two good fat burning in this product – the caffeine and the capsimax.

A lot of the other ingredients used lack the the impact to give serious benefits – but may help support the process.

More potent fat burners could be added to this product to improve its performance.

Here’s what you need to know about the main ingredients:

Caffeine

One of the best natural stimulants on the market.

Caffeine has been seen in numerous studies to help promote energy, metabolism and power output.

It’s ideal for anyone who wants to burn extra calories, while also having more energy on a low calorie diet.

One thing we would say is that the dose here might be too high. With 2 servings a day – you’re going to get 500mg of caffeine per day – which could cause side effects.

Choline

A good option for cognition – but not fat loss.

Studies have shown that supplementing Choline could help to promote learning and focus – which may help you focus more while training.

L-Carnitine

A good amino acid for supporting fat loss.

L-Carnitine has been seen in studies to help promote energy and metabolism – which is ideal for burning extra calories.

However, studies have shown for the best effects you need 500 – 2500mg of the nutrient to get the best results.

With only 140mg per serving – you’re not going to get enough of this amino acid throughout the day to get the best results.

Hordenine

A supposed fat burner that is found in various foods.

Although it sounds promising, there have been very little studies to confirm the effects of the nutrient.

It may not have the desired effects.

Capsimax

A better option.

Capsimax is made from chilli peppers, which contain capsaicin – a potent thermogenic.

Capsaicin raises your body’s core temperature. This initiates a cool down process in your body to help regulate itself.

The regulating burns extra calories and fat with no extra effort.

Dendrobium

An anti-inflammatory nutrient.

Dendrobium doesn’t help to promote fat loss, but it may help with bloating in some circumstances.

Higenamine

Another unreliable nutrient.

Higenamine has been thought to promote fat loss – but studies have shown that the effects do not work for everyone.

More research needs to be performed before the effects can be confirmed.

Huperzine A

A cognitive enhancer that may not be all it seems.

Studies have shown that although Huperzine A boosts focus – the effects are short lived. It’s easy to build a tolerance to, which makes it ineffective over time.

You can’t get benefits from nutrient long term.

Ingredients Bottom Line:

On the whole, this isn’t the best nutrient profile we’ve seen in a fat burner.

In reality, there are only 2 core nutrients in this fat burner – the caffeine and the Capsimax.

It may have some thermogenic benefits – but a lot more could be added to it to increase the effects; Green Tea, Green Coffee Bean and Glucomannan to name just a few.

Side Effects

The main concern here has got to be the caffeine.

Although it’s a core ingredient, there are 2 servings a day of this fat burner which totals a dosage of 500mg of caffeine per day.

This is high and could cause problems such as:

  • Headaches
  • Insomnia
  • Jitters
  • High Blood Pressure
  • Nausea

Which is definitely not what you need while trying to cut weight.

Is there anything better than this fat burner?

Definitely.

We’ve scoured the market for the best fat burners that promote:

  1. Thermogenic Calorie Burning
  2. Energy Levels
  3. Fat Loss
  4. Appetite Suppression

And we’ve narrowed it down to just three.
