Review Overview – What does Liporidex PM do?

Made by a supplement company of the same name – this is an all natural fat burner claimed to promote:

  • Fat Loss
  • Weight Loss
  • Appetite Suppression

But how well does it really work?

In this review, we look closer at Liporidex PM to see how effective it really is and how it can benefit you.

This is what you need to know:

How are the servings?

Poor.

With only 1 serving a day, you won’t be able to stay in that constant fat burning mode.

Think about it. How long are those nutrients going to be in your system? It’s a few hours at most.

For the best results you need to ensure your body’s getting a constant supply of the nutrients it needs to keep burning fat and give you the fastest results.

Liporidex PM could’ve handled this better.

What about the ingredients in Liporidex PM?

Not great.

Many of the nutrients in this product are part of a proprietary blend. This means the dosages of each individual ingredient is hidden.

They all just appear under 1 value – so how do you know if it’s being dosed effectively.

Not only that, many of the nutrients used are ineffective.

Here’s the low down:liporidex-pm-side-effects

L-Carnitine

One of the better amino acids.

Having been seen to promote energy and metabolism – L-Carnitine is great for keeping you going during a tough gym session.

The only thing we would say is about the dosage.

Studies have shown for the best effects you need 500 – 2500mg of Carnitine for any real results – and as this is a proprietary blend there’s no way to know how much you’re actually getting.

Raspberry Ketones

A much poorer choice.

Raspberry Ketones are aggressively marketed as fat burners – but the results aren’t that effective.

In fact, they have only been seen to work in rat studies when they’re given large amounts of the nutrient.

The results have never scaled up to having decent effects in human studies.

It’s not a good option – it’s a fad ingredient.

Side note: RK is now banned in the EU due to being a ‘novel’ (gimmicky and not fully researched) supplement.

Pomegranate

Another poor choice.

Although containing vitamins and antioxidants – pomegranates do very little when it comes to fat loss.

They’re good for overall health, but has very little impact when it comes to cutting fat.

African Mango

Also known as Irvinia Gabonensis, this is another bad choice for a fat burner.

Just like Raspberry Ketones – African Mango is banned in supplements in the EU due to being a novel food.

Studies have shown that it has very little effect as a fat burner. It may be entirely ineffective.

Rosemary

Again, not another good fat burner.

The main effect of rosemary is its anti inflammatory properties.

This may help with bloating and swelling – but when it comes to burning actual fat, you’re not going to get great results.

Passionflower

This may help with sleep quality.

Passionflower is an anti anxiety and calming agent.

Supplementing it will relax you – it won’t help you burn fat, but it should help you get better sleep with this PM supplement.

Mangolia Bark

An anti anxiety and anti inflammatory.

Again, these are nice additions – but do they actually burn fat?

No. You’ll have a slightly better mood and less swelling after training – but not much else.

Again, it’s an extra – but doesn’t get the job done.

Resveratrol

Again – not a fat burner.

Resveratrol found in things like grapes and wines – it can help with overall blood flow and nutrient flow.

This may help with absorption, but it doesn’t help with fat loss.

CoQ10

Does have some benefits – but they’re mild overall.

Coenzyme Q10 has been seen in some studies to help mildly reduce fatigue and blood pressure when supplemented orally.

It’s not going to have that great of an effect on fat loss overall.liporidex-pm-results

Ingredients Bottom Line:

As you can see, this isn’t the best nutrient profile we’ve seen on the market.

There are no thermogenics in this fat burner – for some reason it seems to focus more on treating inflammation and anxiety. And although that can help sleep – it doesn’t promote fat loss,

The weight loss nutrients it uses like Raspberry Ketones, are ineffective.

Not only that, it’s all in proprietary blends, so even if the nutrients used were effective we still wouldn’t know how much we’re getting of each.

It’s a really poor show.

Side Effects

Despite having a lacking nutrient profile in terms of choice – no side effects have been reported while using Liporidex PM.

Is there anything better than this fat burner?

Definitely.

We’ve scoured the market for the best fat burners that promote:

  1. Thermogenic Calorie Burning
  2. Energy Levels
  3. Fat Loss
  4. Appetite Suppression

And we’ve narrowed it down to just three.

Liporidex PM Review Conclusion

On the whole, this isn’t the best fat burner on the market.

From this review, here’s what you need to know about Liporidex PM;

  • Poor Servings – With only 1 serving a day, you can’t constantly supply your body with the nutrients it needs to burn fat round the clock.
  • Poorly chosen ingredients – Many of the nutrients used lack clinical backing for fat loss.
  • Proprietary Blends – You don’t know how much you’re getting of each ingredient, or how effective it will be overall.

As you can see, it’s not your best option.
