With only 2 a day, there’s only so much benefit we can expect to get out of a product like Phoenix.

What about the ingredients in LEGION’s Phoenix?
Not that great.
The nutrient profile of Legion’s Phoenix is lacking many of the core nutrients, and instead contains a lot of ineffective ones.
It’s a pretty substandard fat burner and it may even cause some side effects, take a look:
Naringin doesn’t have that great of an effect…
Essentially grapefruit extract. Although full of antioxidants and believed by some to help with fat loss, studies have proven otherwise.
The only way this nutrient has any real effect is in very large amounts. With some studies reporting 1 and half grapefruits being used a day for any effect.
The Green Tea Catechins are a better choice…
Catechins in green tea are a top thermogenic option. After being absorbed by the body, the catechins work to promote norepinephrine in your system – the fat burning hormone, which is great for burning extra calories.
5-HTP isn’t that great though…
Linked to preventing muscle breakdown, but not actual fat loss. It may have some benefit when it comes to muscle recovery, but overall the effects are unreliable.
L-Tyrosine may have some effect…
Usually this amino acid is used with stimulants for its anti-stress properties. Although there are no stimulants in Legion’s Phoenix, it may help with focus.
White Willow on the other hand, doesn’t do much…
Linked to being an anti-inflammatory. This herb won’t do much for fat burning, and has unreliable results when it comes to alleviating joint pain. So it may not work at all.
Another ineffective nutrient with Hesperidin..
A flavonoid that’s linked to improving circulation. This won’t help with fat burning but may help with blood flow.
Whereas Synephrine usually causes nothing but problems…
When combined with caffeine or any caffeinated herbs Green Tea (which this product contains elements of) it has been seen on numerous occasions to cause side effects.

Forskolin ain’t great either…
Essentially an appetite suppressant that has never provided any effective results. In various studies of long term use, no subjects have ever shown significant fat loss supplementing this nutrient.
And Hordenine is unknown…
Thought to have some fat burning effects, but unfortunately there have been no studies to confirm this. There isn’t even a recommended dosage for this nutrient yet, that’s how untested it is.

Overall, if you’re looking for an effective nutrient profile, you’ve come to the wrong place.
The main problem is how limited the range of these ingredients. Many of them have been seen in studies to be ineffective. The only good choice here really is the Green Tea Catechins.
Legion’s Phoenix needs to use more effective appetite suppressants, energy boosters and thermogenics (cayenne pepper, green coffee bean etc.)
There’s definitely a lot to improve here.

The main issue that you have to worry about with LEGION Phoenix is the synephrine.
When combined with caffeine, synephrine has been seen to promote the following symptoms in users:
- Light Headedness
- Increased Risk of Blood Pressure
- Raised Heart-rate
