Review Overview – What does Key Nutrition UltraThermo+ do?

Made by Key Nutrition, this is an all natural fat burner claimed to promote:

  • Weight Management
  • Fat Loss
  • Metabolism

But how well does it really work?

In this review, we look closer at UltraThermo+ to see how effective it really is.

This is what you need to know:

How are the servings?

Could be better.

With only 1 – 2 servings recommended with this fat burner – you’d need more to ensure day long fat loss.

Think about it. The effects of each serving will only last for a few hours at a time. After that, they’ll wear off.

For the best effects, you need 3 – 4 a day. This gives your body the constant top-ups it needs to keep burning fat throughout the day.

What about the ingredients in UltraThermo+?

Don’t get us wrong – there are some good ingredients in UltraThermo+, but it could be better.

Although it contains some good ingredients, there are several missing from this blend that could be used to make it better.

Here’s what you need to know about this nutrient profile:

Green Tea

One of the best natural fat burners.

Green Tea is a thermogenic powerhouse that is packed with antioxidants – specifically catechins.

Catechins are important as they help to promote norepinephrine in your body – the fat burning hormone.

This allows you to burn more calories and stored fat with no extra effort.

Not only that, Green Tea also contains caffeine which can help give an additional energy boost.

Caffeine

Arguably the best natural stimulant on the market.

Caffeine has been seen in numerous studies to help promote energy and metabolism.

It has even been seen to promote power output that may help with training in the gym.

Green Coffee Bean

Another good thermogenic.

Green Coffee Bean is a natural thermogenic that contains chlorogenic acid.

Cholorogenic acid is great for cutting glucose in your liver – and it encourages your body to look for other sources of energy, namely your fat cells.

Coleus Forskholii

A poorer option.

Although believed to help increase fat loss, studies have shown that the effects are unreliable.

With mixed results, may be more of a placebo effect than a viable option.

It may not be your best choice.

5-HTP

Not a great option for fat loss – but does have some benefits.

5-HTP has been seen to promote rest and recovery.

This may help you sleep at night – but it won’t promote fat loss.

Theacrine

A component that is structurally similar to caffeine.

It’s claimed to help promote energy levels without building a tolerance to the effects – however studies have shown the actual effects are unreliable.

It may have little effect on boosting energy.

Vinpocetine

Not a fat burner.

Vipocetine may help to some degree with cognition.

Research has shown it may help with memory and blood flow.

Ingredients Bottom Line:

On the whole, there are some good ingredients in UltraThermo+, like the Caffeine, Green Tea and the Green Coffee – however the rest aren’t that effective.

Adding ingredients like Glucomannan and Cayenne Pepper could really tighten this fat burner up and make it a lot more results driven.

Side Effects

Although there are quite a few ineffective ingredients – none of the ones used in UltraThermo+ have been linked to causing side effects.

It shouldn’t cause any harm.

Is there anything better than this fat burner?

Definitely.

We’ve scoured the market for the best fat burners that promote:

  1. Thermogenic Calorie Burning
  2. Energy Levels
  3. Fat Loss
  4. Appetite Suppression

And we’ve narrowed it down to just three.

Key Nutrition UltraThermo+ Review Conclusion

On the whole, this isn’t the best fat burner on the market.

From this review, here’s what you need to know about UltraThermo+;

  • Servings Could Be Improved – With only 1 – 2 servings a day, your body needs more regular top ups to burn fat day-long.
  • Not all the ingredients are effective – Many nutrients used lack clinical backing for their effectiveness.
  • May need more core nutrients – Glucomannan and Cayenne Pepper would improve this product.

As you can see, this isn’t your best option.
