We’ve done the research, looked at the ingredients, the servings and the facts behind Thermo Prime to see if it was really up to industry standards, we were surprised by the results.

What are the servings like?
Not the best.
With only 1 a day, there’s only so much benefit you can expect to get out of this fat burner. For the full fat burning effects, you need a supplement that will constantly deliver to your body the nutrients it needs to keep burning calories.
What you should be looking for:
For the best results, you need a fat burner that supplies around 3 – 4 servings a day. This ensures that your body is constantly getting a supply of the nutrients they need to continue burning fat.

How about the ingredients in Thermo Prime?
Good, but there’s a problem – proprietary blends.
Although we know what ingredients are used in Thermo Prime, we don’t know how much is being used. This is all down to the proprietary blend which masks the supplements true dosages stops us knowing how effective it actually is.
Also one of the ingredients in this product may cause side effects. Take a look:
The Caffeine is a good start…
Possibly the best natural stimulant out there.
Caffeine has been seen to boost metabolism, power output and energy levels.
Phenylethylamine however isn’t…
Thought to boost the feel-good hormones in the body. Phenylethylamine is thought to be linked to boosting serotonin levels.
However, oral consumption has been seen to have weak effects as its broken down too quickly after absorption.
The Glucomannan may help with appetite suppression…
The only problem here is we don’t know how much is being used.
Glucomannan has been seen to swell in stomach and improve appetite suppression helping you stay on your diet for longer.
Green Tea is the best nutrient here…
A good natural thermogenic. Full of antioxidants, green tea also contains catechins that when absorbed, promotes norepinephrine – the fat burning hormone.
It can also give a mild energy kicks from the caffeinated side of the herb.
The Rapsberry Ketones however are pretty useless…
Despite what marketing suggests, there’s actually no evidence for Rapsberry Ketones when it comes to weight loss in humans.
There’s some evidence for it to work for rats but this has never scaled up to success in human studies.
The Yohimbe may cause side effects…
Although thought to help with appetite suppression, studies have show yogi nine to also cause side effects in some users. More on that below.
And the Synephrine is linked to numerous side effects…
Not seen to have that strong fat burning effects, there’s little benefit that be gained from Synephrine – but that’s not the main problem.
Users have reported side effects from taking Synephrine (Bitter Orange Extract) when combined with caffeine or green tea, both of which are in this supplement.
L-Carnitine is good, but definitely under-dosed here…
Carnitine is great for energy and metabolism, but you need 500 – 2500mg go see serious results.
However this is part of a 7mg blend. It’s way under-dosed here.
Ingredients Bottom Line:
There are some good ingredients in this product – however the problem is that it’s just a collection of proprietary blends.
We don’t know the exact dosages of any of the ingredients used, and by extension, how effective they’ll actually be. And in some cases, like with the L-Carnitine, it’s obvious that they’re under-dosed.
The Synephrine could be an issue as well as it has the potential to cause side effects.

The main worry with this fat burner are the synephrine and the yohimbe. Both of which have seen to cause side effects.
The Synephrine is the biggest problem. When mixed with caffeine or caffeinated herbs, like green tea, it has been seen to cause:
- Raised Heart Rate
- Risk of High Blood Pressure
Things you definintely don’t want while training, while the Yohimbe is linked to:
- Gastrointestinal distress
Again, you’re best to not take the chance.

On the whole, there are few problems with this fat burner that makes it difficult to be considered a good option.
Here’s a run-down of the issues:
- Proprietary Blends – We don’t know how much of each ingredient is actually being used/how effective it wil be
- Poor Servings – Only one a day doesn’t ensure constant fat loss
- Potential Side Effects – Synephrine and Yohimbe have both been linked to issues
- Under-dosed in some areas – The L-Carnitine is seriously too small a blend to be effective
This is not the best fat burner on the market.
