Review Overview – What does GENERIX Labs’ BiphedAdrene do?
From Generix Labs, this is an all natural stimulant that has been claimed to promote:
- Weight Loss
- Energy
- Stamina
- Mood Enhancement
But how effective is it really?
In this review, we look closely at BiphedAdrene and see how effective it actually is.
How are the servings?
Pretty good.
With 3 servings a day (15 minutes before each main meal, 1 purple and 1 yellow), you’ll be constantly provided with the nutrients needed to make acceptable fat loss.
However, this all depends on the quality of the ingredients. A good serving schedule has its advantages, but if the actual ingredients aren’t up to standard – it won’t make much difference at all.
Here’s what you need to know about what we found in BiphedAdrene:
What about the ingredients in BiphedAdrene?
Confusing.
Like we’ve said, you take two different supplements for this fat burner – but a lot of the nutrients aren’t even thermogenics.
Both supplements are also proprietary blends as well – their actual values are hidden. You don’t know how much of each ingredient you’re getting or how effective it will be overall.
This is what you need to know:
Yerba Mate (Ilex Paraguariensis)
A caffeinated herb, with a range of antioxidants.
This may help promote overall health, and give you a mild energy boost. However it won’t make that much of a significant difference.
Damania Leaf (Turnea Diffusa)
We’re not sure why this is in a fat burner – it’s an aphrodisiac, and not a very good one.
Studies have shown that damania may have some benefit when it comes to libido – however, these studies have only been carried out on rats. It has not been successfully scaled up to humans.
Phenylethylamine Complex
It’s a strange choice that this has been chosen as a main ingredient in this fat burner.
The problem with Phenylethylamine is not only what it does, but the studies behind it as well.
Thought to help produce the feel-good hormones like serotonin and dopamine – it’s used a lot in your brain, but supplementing it is another matter.
Studies have shown that the component, no matter in what form, is broken down too quickly after absorption. It’s almost impossible for your body to utilize it effectively.
And to make matters worse, even if it was effective, it would have no effect on fat burning.
Theobromine
Found mainly in cocoa and dark chocolate.
It won’t help much with fat loss, however it may have other benefits. It helps improve blood flow and may help with circulation when it comes to helping the nutrients in the fat burner get around your system.
Guarana
Similar to Yerba Mate, but slightly more potent in caffeine.
Again, this is a herb that contains several anti-oxidants that promote overall health – however in the grand scheme of things, the only active nutrient here is the caffeine that will help you burn fat.
Caffeine
Caffeine is the best natural stimulant out there.
Linked to improving both energy levels and metabolism, caffeine can help motivate you to push harder in the gym while still helping you burn more calories.
Cayenne Pepper
A good thermogenic.
Cayenne Pepper is loaded with something known as Capsaicin, a component that gives the chili its heat. This helps to raise your overall core temperature, which kick-starts your body into starting a regulation process to cool you down.
It’s the cool-down process that we’re interested in here, it burns extra calories, and no conscious effort is required on your behalf to pull it off.
Cutch Tree
Nothing special here.
Cutch tree is a bark that may help with digestion, this will help you absorb the nutrients faster but will not promote fat loss.
Mucuna Pruriens
Full of L-Dopa – which is good, but not good for fat loss.
L-Dopa helps promote the happy hormones in your body, mainly serotonin and dopamine. This won’t help you lose fat faster, but it may put you in a better place mentally to train harder and to be content with eating less.
Ingredients Bottom Line:
On the whole, despite having 2 separate supplements to get the job done, BiphedAdrene definitely isn’t the best fat burner we’ve seen.
One of the main problems is that it’s a proprietary blend. We don’t know how much of each ingredient, or how effective it will be overall.
Not only that, many of the ingredients do not promote fat burning – it may help to a minor extent with mood, but their choice of Phenylethylamine was a bad choice as a main ingredient.
There’s only one real thermogenic in this blend, and that’s the cayenne pepper.
It’s not a great option.
Side Effects
Despite the extensive proprietary blends, there has been no reports of this product causing side effects.
However, this is a relatively unknown fat burner, and a lot of the warnings on this product has us wondering. Just look at that list of potential side effects:
