Review Overview – What does Force Factor’s LeanFire XT do?

force-factor-leanfire-xt-reviewLeanFire XT is an all natural fat burner produced by Force Factor.

This fat burner has been claimed to promote:

  • Burn Fat
  • Improve Endurance
  • Increase Focus

But how well does it actually work?

In this review we do the research on LeanFire XT to see if it really is worth the money.

This is what we’ve found:

How are the servings?

Poor.

With only one serving a day, there’s only so much benefit you can expect to get out of this fat burner.

For the best results you need a fat burner that gives you a constant supply of the nutrients you need to keep losing fat. With only one a day, the effects will wear off in a few hours. What you need is a day-long effect.

For the best results you need a fat burner with 3 – 4 servings, this keeps the supply constant and you constantly cutting down.

What about the ingredients in Force Factor’s LeanFire XT?

They’re not the best.

Although there are some good ingredients in LeanFire XT, there’s a big problem with proprietary blends.

Pretty much all of the ingredients in this product have their true values hidden, we don’t know how much we’re getting of each, or how effective they’ll be.

This is what we found:force-factor-leanfire-xt-side-effects

Green Tea

One of the best thermogenics on the market.

It’s the catechins in the green tea that do the most work. After being absorbed into your system, the catechins in the green tea promote norepinephrine – the fat burning hormone. This allows you to burn more calories – and all you have to do is drink it!

You’ll also get a mild caffeine boost from the herb itself.

L-Carnitine

An amino acid that has been seen to boost both energy and metabolism.

However, we don’t know how much is being used in LeanFire XT, and you need at least 500mg per serving to get any real effect.

It might not be up to standard.

Cayenne Pepper

Another good thermogenic that should help burn extra calories.

This all comes down to the heat in cayenne pepper. By raising your body’s core temperature, your system has to regulate itself to cool down – and doing this costs energy, which means calories.

Meaning that this nutrient will make your body burn more calories for you, simply by taking it.

Bioperine

Nothing special here. Bioperine just helps with nutrient absorption.

L-Theanine

An amino acid that has been seen to increase the potency of caffeine, however as the dosage here is unknown, we have no way of knowing exactly how effective it is.

Caffeine Anhydrous

Arguably one of the best stimulants on the market.

Caffeine is has been linked to improving energy levels, metabolism and overall power output in the gym. It’s a good addition.

TeaCrine

An alkaloid that is seen to be structurally similar to caffeine – however the effects differ greatly.

There is little to no evidence of TeaCrine having any kind of dramatic effect on energy levels.

DMAE

A cognitive enhancer that may help with focus, and reduce age pigmentation.

However, the studies behind DMAE are limited, with evidence pointing more to it helping with aging, which is why it’s popular in anti-aging creams.

It will not promote fat loss.

Synephrine (Advantra Z)

An ineffective fat burner that may cause side effects.

Also known as Bitter Orange Extract, Synephrine has been seen to cause bad reactions when combined with caffenie – which is present in this fat burner.

Studies have shown it doesn’t effectively promote fat loss.force-factor-leanfire-xt-results

Ingredients Bottom Line:

On the whole, Force Factor’s LeanFire XT has some good ingredients, but on the whole it’s not great.

For starters the proprietary blends. How can you know how effective a product is if you don’t know how much of each ingredient is being used?

It’s a poor display – and the synephrine makes it worse. Linked to several side effects, this nutrient in your fat burner could really tank your progress.

Side Effects?

There is a potential for side effects in this product due to the synephrine.

When mixed with synephrine can lead to problems such as headaches, nausea, high blood pressure and an elevated heartrate.

It’s definitely not the best option.

Is there anything better out there?

Definitely.

We’ve scoured the market for the best fat burners that promote:

  1. Thermogenic Calorie Burning
  2. Energy Levels
  3. Fat Loss
  4. Appetite Suppression

And we’ve narrowed it down to just three.

Force Factor LeanFire XT Review Conclusion

Overall Force Factor’s LeanFire XT definitely isn’t your best option if you’re looking to lose fat.

Although it has a few good ingredients, there are several things you need to know about this product:

  1. Poor Servings – With only 1 serving a day, you won’t experience day-long fat burning.
  2. Proprietary Blends – You don’t know how much of each ingredient is being used or how effective it will be overall
  3. Potential Side Effects – Synephrine has been linked to several side effects when mixed with caffeine

On the whole there are a lot better options out there.
