How are the servings?


As this fat burner is also a protein powder – there is only 1 serving a day.

This is bad news for a fat burner.

You want to be burning fat for as long as possible – with only 1 serving a day, that effect is only going to last for a couple of hours.

For the best results you need 3 – 4 servings a day. This keeps your body constantly topped up with the nutrients it needs and keeps you in that ideal fat burning mode for longer.

Plus this is a powder, rather than a capsule, so it’s harder to take on the go.

What about the ingredients in Fit&Slim?

Not great.

Really, there are only 2 ingredients in this product that will make a difference to your waistline.

Not only that – it’s a proprietary blend.

It should be just what you need.


An appetite suppressant that works particularly well.

Glucomannan is an all natural fibrous complex that swells in the stomach.

In simple terms, this fills you up and lets your brain know that you are full.

It allows you to take longer breaks between meals.

Garcinia Cambogia

This a poor appetite suppressant.

Garcinia Cambogia was traditionally used to season food – and was brought into fat burners due to how it made food more ‘satisfying’.

The rationale here is that it may help you feel more satisfied when supplemented, and help curb hunger cravings.

However, studies have shown that this just isn’t the case.

It doesn’t help promote appetite suppression and will make little difference to your overall progress.

Green Tea

One of the better thermogenics.

Packed full of catechins, green tea is a great option to promote fat loss.

It works like this: after being absorbed, Green Tea promotes your body’s levels of norepinephrine – the fat burning hormone.

In doing so, your body burns more fat, and calories, than it would do normally.

You can help lose more fat with no extra effort. It’s a clear win here.

Raspberry Ketones

A poor quality fat burner.

Raspberry Ketones are aggressively marketed as effective fat burners in supplements – but there’s actually no real evidence that they work.

The main study that is commonly used is a rat study, where subjects were given unrealistic amounts of RK – an amount that couldn’t be scaled up for human consumption.

Not only that, RK has never been reported to work effectively in studies when supplemented in isolation.

Don’t believe the hype – there’s no real proof that it works.

Banaba Leaf

May help to regulate blood sugar – which could help lower fat storage.

On the whole, there’s only 2 real ingredients in Fit&Slim that effectively promote fat loss – the Green Tea and the Glucomannan.

The carnitine helps energy more than anything else – and the rest of the blend is pretty ineffective.

Not only that, this is a proprietary blend. You don’t know the dosages of all the ingredients you’re getting – so how can you know how effective it will be overall?

It’s just not that great of an option.
