Review Overview – What does World Genetics Nutrition El Diablo do?
A natural fat burner from World Genetics Nutrition, in this review we check out El Diablo, a product claimed to:
Boost Focus
- Enhance Fat Loss
- Improve Energy
- Increase Strength
But does it really work?
We’ve taken a closer look at El Diablo in this review to find the science to support it.
We we quite surprised with the results. This is what you need to know:
How are the servings?
Not great.
With 1 – 2 servings a day, El Diablo doesn’t seem to supply your body with enough of what it needs to keep burning fat.
For the best results you need a constant effect and the way to do that is with 3 – 4 servings spaced out throughout the day.
This gives you that round that round-the-clock fat burning advantage.
P.S.: You can learn more about fat burners with these amount of servings on our reader recommended fat burners page linked below:

What about the ingredients in El Diablo?
Good and Bad.
There are a few effective ingredients in El Diablo, but they’re overshadowed by proprietary blends.
These are ingredients that have their values hidden, so we don’t know how much is being used, or how effective they will be because of this.
There’s also a side effect risk. Take a look at what we found:
Green Tea
A powerful anti-oxidant and an effective thermogenic.
After being absorbed, the catechins in the green tea promote norepinephrine in your body – the fat burning hormone.
The caffeine in the green tea also gives you a slight energy boost.
Black Tea
Another antioxidant with some caffeinated benefits.
It will not have that much of an impact of fat levels.
Raspberry Ketones
Once thought to be an effective fat burner, studies have shown this isn’t actually the case.
Only been seen to work in rats, there has been no human study that confirm that these results scale up.
Bitter Orange Extract
Also known as Citrus Aurantium, this is always a risky choice.
Working unreliably as a mild fat burner, Bitter Orange Extract has been seen to cause side effects when mixed caffeine or caffeinated herbs.
Caffeine Anhydrous
One of the better stimulants out there.
Caffeine has been seen to boost energy levels, metabolism and power output if taken before the gym.
CLA
Conjugated Linoleic Acid is a poor choice.
Once thought to be a stimulant free fat burner, CLA has been found to have very little impact for fat loss.
L-Arginine
One of the better nutrients for boosting nitric oxide, which helps muscle pump and blood flow.
Although effective, L-Arginine hasn’t been seen to yield good results when taken orally, as it has issues being absorbed.
Plus it does not help burn fat.
L-Tyrosine
An anti-stress amino acid that may help with stimulant overloads.
If you are sensitive to caffeine this nutrient may help reduce any jitters you experience.
Phenylethylamine
Thought to increase serotonin and dopamine (the ‘happy hormones’ in your body), however, studies have shown Phenylethylamine is broken down too quickly after absorption and does not have time to activate.
It also does nothing for fat loss.
5-HTP
A component of luceine that may help prevent muscle breakdown.
However studies have shown the effects to be unreliable, and may not have that much of an effect.
Ingredients Bottom Line:
On the whole, the main problem here are the proprietary blends.
We don’t know how much of each ingredient is being used, or how effective they’ll be because of this.
And you’ve also got to remember the potential side effects from the Bitter Orange Extract.
There are quite a few ineffective ingredients in here too. It’s definitely not the best we’ve come across.
As you can see this isn’t the best nutrient profile we can recommend.

Side Effects
The main risks you should be concerned with here is the Bitter Orange Extract.
When mixed with caffeine or green tea this nutrient can cause side effects such as:
- Headaches
- Dizziness
- Raised Blood Pressure
- Increased Heart Rate
Things you definitely don’t want to deal with when on a cut.
World Genetics Nutrition El Diablo Fat Burner Review Conclusion
Overall, El Diablo isn’t the best fat burner we’ve come across.
This is what you need to know about it from this review:
- Poor Servings – There’s not enough daily servings to promote day-long fat burning
- Proprietary Blends – We don’t know how much of each ingredient is being used/how effective it will be
- Potential Side Effects – Bitter Orange Extract is linked to side effects when combined with Caffeine or Caffeinated herbs like green tea
