Review Overview – What does eFlow Nutrition Encinerate do?
Made by eFlow Nutrition, Encinerate is an all natural fat burner that has been claimed to promote:
- Energy
- Metabolism
- Fat
- Appetite Suppression
But how effective is it really?
In this review, we see how effective Encinerate really is, and if it will work for you.
This is what you need to know:
How are the servings?
Poor.
With only 1 serving per day, the fat burning process takes a lot longer to have any serious effects.
Your body can only absorb so much at a time, for the best results you need to space it throughout the day.
Ideally, you need 3 – 4 servings per day to get the most benefit. This keeps the nutrient supply constant giving you reliable progress.
What about the ingredients in Encinerate?
Not great.
There are a few good ingredients in this product but there’s a problem – they’re all part of a proprietary blend.
This means we don’t know how much of each ingredient we’re getting or how effective it’ll be overall.
There’s also a risk of side effects.
This is what you need to know:
We’ve summarized all the ingredients at the end.
Caffeine
Arguably the best natural stimulant on the market.
Caffeine is an obvious choice in most fat burners, and for good reason – it works.
Supplying your body with this stimulant increases energy levels, metabolism and power output.
It’s a good choice.
N-Acetly-L-Tyrosine
An anti-stressor – mainly here to handle the caffeine.
By reducing your body’s levels of anxiety, L-Tyrosine may be able to reduce any jitters or light headed-ness you may experience with high levels of caffeine.
It won’t however, promote fat loss.
Green Tea
One of the better thermogenics on the market.
Green Tea’s main benefits come from ten catechins in the herb. Once absorbed, these catechins work with your body to encourage a release of norepinephrine – the fat burning hormone.
This will help you burn more calories and more fat.
Bitter Orange/Synephrine
A very bad choice – that may even cause side effects.
Bitter Orange Extract was once thought to improve fat loss – but studies have shown the effects are minimal at best.
Not only that, it has also been seen to cause side effects when combined with caffeine, or caffeinated herbs like Green Tea – both of which are in this blend.
Guarana
Another caffeinated herb.
Guaranteed contains several anti oxidants that promote overall health.
It contains a level of caffeine that may promote energy – but may be a risk with the Synephrine.
It does not promote fat loss.
Raspberry Ketones
One of the worst fat burners out there.
Raspberry Ketones is one of the most overhyped nutrients in the industry.
Although aggressively marketed, there have been no human studies that show Rapsberry Ketones to work for either fat or weight loss.
Certain forms are even banned in the EU as ‘novel foods’ due to it being such a rife fad ingredient.
Dandelion
A diuretic that may cause side effects.
As a diuretic, dandelion helps decrease the amount of water weight you may be holding.
But this isn’t always a good thing – if you’re not drinking enough this may cause dehydration and other side effects.
Rhodiola Rosea
Not a fat burner, but may help with cognition.
Rhodolia Rosea has been seen to help with mood, focus and may even fight depression.
This may motivate you more to train – but it won’t directly help you burn fat.
Ingredients Bottom Line:
On the whole, the nutrients in eFlow Nutrition’s Encinerate aren’t as great as they seem.
The main problem here is the proprietary blend. Pretty much all the ingredients are under the same value – this means you don’t know how much you’ll be getting, or how effective it may be.
On top of that, you have to be wary of both the Synephrine and the Dandelion that can both cause side effects.
Side Effects
There are 2 ingredients you need to be aware of for side effects in Encinerate – the Synephrine and Dandelion.
The Synephrine, especially when mixed with caffeine, has been seen to cause the following side effects:
- Headaches
- Increased Heart Rate
- Risk of High Blood Pressure
- Nausea
Whereas dandelion is a diuretic, which will cut water weight, but may also dehydrate you. This may result in:
- Headaches
- Dizziness
- Nausea
These are the last things you want to experience while cutting.

eFlow Nutrition Encinerate Review Conclusion

From this review, this is what you need to know about Encinerate:
- Poor Servings – With only 1 serving a day, you won’t get day long fat burning.
- Proprietary blend – You don’t know how much you’re getting of each ingredient nor how effective it will be overall.
- Potential Side Effects – Synephrine and Dandelion have both been linked to side effects.
All in all, this isn’t your best option.
