How are the servings?


With only one serving a day, you are not guaranteed day-long fat burning with this product.

For the best results you need something with 3 – 4 servings over 24 hours.

This keeps your body topped up with what it needs to regularly burn fat throughout the day.

Results will be a lot slower with this single serving delivery.

What about the ingredients in Metabolic Plus?

Okay – but there’s an issue.

Namely proprietary blends.

As you can see below, there are a range of nutrients in this fat burner – but their amounts are undisclosed.

You don’t know how much you’re getting of each, and that can be a problem.

Once absorbed, the catechins in the Green Tea promote your body’s fat burning hormone norepinephrine. Which helps burn additional calories.

Raspberry Ketones

A poorer choice.

Years ago, Raspberry Ketones was thought to help with diet and weight loss – however, studies have shown that this may not be the case.

In reality it has very little effect on your weight – and the EU has even put a ban on this nutrient as a ‘novel’ (fad) under researched food.



When dosed correctly, caffeine can help with numerous things including energy, power and metabolism.

The only thing we would say to worry about in Metabolic Plus is the fact we don’t know how much of it is in this fat burner.

Acai & Resveratrol

The only reason Acai is supplemented is for its Resveratrol – so it makes sense to cover them both at once.

Studies have shown R helps to improve blood flow. This could help with nutrient flow, but does not directly aid fat loss.

Apple Cider Vinegar

May lower blood glucose levels, which could help lower insulin and overall fat gain.

African Mango

Thought to burn fat – but studies have shown otherwise.

In reality, African Mango may only be good for fiber with very little other benefit.


Similar to Pomegranate.

Believed that it may help reduce overall fat mass – but studies are unreliable. More research has to be done.


Ingredients Bottom Line:

On the whole, the nutrients used in Metabolic Plus aren’t that great.

The main reason being the proprietary blend. How are you supposed to know how effective it is, without knowing how much is in it?

On top of that, various ingredients used lack the clinical backing of a reliable fat burner.

Side Effects

There have been no side effects reported with Metabolic Plus.
