Review Overview – What does BPM Labs Lipo Rush do?
Made by BPM Labs, this is an all natural fat burner claimed to promote:
- Fat
- Energy
- Mood
But how well does it really work?
In this review, we look closer at Lipo Rush to see how effective it really is.
This is what you need to know:
How are the servings?
Poor.
With only 1 serving a day, you’ll make slow progress with this fat burner.
The problem with this is that your body can only absorb so much at a time, and the effects will only last for a few hours.
You won’t burn fat throughout the day.
For the best results, you need something that will give your body the constant supply of nutrients it needs to keep you burning fat and cutting down.
What about the ingredients in Lipo Rush?
Not that great.
When it comes it to the ingredients in Lipo Rush, there’s not a lot of good choices.
There only seems to be two solid fat burning ingredients here; the caffeine and the green tea.
The rest have seen not be that effective, and in some cases even cause side effects.
Here’s what you need to know:
Taurine
Not seen to promote fat loss – but may help in other ways.
Taurine has been seen to promote blood flow – this may help with nutrient flow throughout your body and may help with absorption.
Rhodiola Rosea
A Scandinavian herb. It doesn’t promote fat loss – but it may help with motivation.
It’s a cognitive enhancer. It helps to do several things; it reduces anxiety and fatigue, while also helping to promote ‘well-being’.
By promoting ‘feel good’ hormones in your body – you’ll remain more calm while training.
Tyrosine
An amino acid that works as an anti-stressor.
This nutrient has been seen to help promote feel-good hormones like dopamine and serotonin. This can help to promote relaxation.
By feeling calmer and more relaxed, you can focus more on your session.
However, again, this does not promote fat loss.
Caffeine
One of the best natural stimulants out there.
Caffeine has been seen to help do two things; boost energy and increase overall metabolism.
It may also help to boost power output in some cases.
Green Tea
One of the best natural fat burners on the market.
Green Tea has so many studies backing its effectiveness. Packed with catechins, after being absorbed by your body these anti oxidants promote norepinephrine in your body – the fat burning hormone.
This helps burn extra calories and stored fat without any extra effort.
Cacao
Similar to taurine, Cacao does not support fat loss.
Found usually in dark chocolate, cocoa only promotes blood flow which may help with nutrient absorption.
Bitter Orange
One of the poorer fat burning ingredients.
Butter Orange Extract was originally believed, and still marketed, to promote energy and fat loss.
However, studies have shown that this just isn’t the case.
In fact, only is Bitter Orange Extract not that effective, it has also been linked to causing side effects.
More on that issue in detail, in the next section.
Naringin
Essentially Grapefruit, and definitely not your best option.
Naringin has been thought to promote fat loss, but the actually results aren’t that effective.
Studies have shown that Grapefruit is a very unreliable nutrient when it comes to burning fat, and may have very little effect on your overall goal.
Tetradium
Also known as the Evodia Berry.
This nutrient may help to increase fat loss by working thermogenically – by raising your body heat and forcing your body to regulate itself, which burns extra calories.
However, it’s been seen in studies to work unreliably. It may not be your best option.
Ingredients Bottom Line:
On the whole, this isn’t the best nutrient profile on the market.
As you can see, the only real ‘good’ ingredients are the Green Tea and the Caffeine.
Everything else has much less of an impact, and in some cases may even cause side effects.
It’s not great.

Side Effects
The main thing you have to worry about here is the Bitter Orange Extract/Synephrine.

- Headaches
- Nausea
- Dizziness
- Increased Heart Rate
- Risk of High Blood Pressure
It’s definitely not your best option for fat loss.
