Manufactured by BPI Sports, this all natural fat burner has been claimed to:

And all overnight, but how well does it really work?

In this review, we look closer at Nite Burn and see how effective it really is.

This is what you need to know:


How are the servings?

Poor.

With only 1 serving a day, there’s only so much this fat burner can do for you.

Your body can only absorb so much at a time.

A lot of the extra your body can’t use will be wasted, and the rest will leave your system over a few hours.

For the best results you need 3 – 4 servings a day.

This keeps the nutrient supply to your body constant, and helps you to stay in that fat burning mode.

What about the ingredients in Nite Burn?

Not that great.

The first problem is that the product is more or less one big proprietary blend.

You have no idea of the dosage of any of the ingredients used, or whether they’ll be effective overall.

Not only that, there seems to be only good choice for fat loss.

Vitamin D3

One of the better hormones that our body just doesn’t get enough of naturally.

This may help regulate hormonal health. Improve immunity, and several other benefits.

However is there enough?

Studies have shown, for the best results you need upwards of 3000 IUs – and Nite Burn only has 1000 IU.

It may be under dosed here.

Raspberry Ketone

One of the worst performing fat burners on the market.

Raspberry Ketone has been used in various supplements for promoting fat loss.

But does it really work?

Not really. Unfortunately RK has only been seen to be effective in rat studies when the animals are massively over dosed in the supplements.

The same results have never scaled up to human trials.

However, being so cheap to produce, it is still heavily marketed as an effective choice.

White Kidney Bean

A natural bean that may help inhibit carbohydrate storage.

Although promising, more research is needed to be done to see if this nutrient delivers on this claim.

Green Coffee Bean

One of the better options.

Green Coffee Bean contains chlorogenic acid. This is a potent thermogenic.

By cutting down on the glucose in your liver, Green Coffee Bean encourages your body to look for other sources of energy – namely your fat cells.

Dandelion

A diuretic more than a fat burner.

Dandelion may help you cut down on overall water weight, but when it comes to actual fat loss – it will have no effect.

It’s a short term solution, and may even cause side effects.

L-Tryptophan

Also known as 5HTP.

This promotes sleep and helps elevate mood.

This could help with recovery and well-being in a morning, but not with fat loss.

Saffron 

Used traditionally to season food – however it may have some effect on mood.

Saffron may have some antidepressant qualities, but more research is needed to be done to know for sure.

Melatonin

Good for sleep and recovery.

Melatonin may give you a better night’s sleep. This may make you feel better in the morning – but will not promote fat loss.

Lemon Balm

Not a great choice.

Lemon Balm may help promote calmness, but only to a minor extent.

It has been seen in studies to only narrowly outdo placebos.

Ingredients Bottom Line:

On the whole, this isn’t the best fat burning nutrient profile we’ve seen.

The first problem is definitely the proprietary blend. You don’t know how much of each ingredient you’re getting or whether it’s dosed well enough to be effective.

On top of that, there are numerous ingredients that don’t promote fat loss in this blend.

You’re only good choice here for fat loss is the Green Coffee Bean – it seems to all fall apart from there.

It’s not your best option.

  • Poor Servings – With only 1 serving a day, you won’t stay in that fat burning mode throughout a 24 hour period. 
  • Proprietary Blend – You don’t know how much of each ingredient you’re getting, or whether it will be effectively dosed. 
  • Ineffective ingredients – Many of the nutrients used lack the proper clinical backing for fat loss.

As you can see, it isn’t your best option.
