Muira Puama is brain booster with very little real evidence behind it.
If you manage to get any benefit from it, it may help boost focus and concentration – however this could be a placebo effect.
N-Acetyl-L-Tyrosine
An anti stressor.
N-Acetyl-L-Tyrosine has been seen in numerous studies to promote calmness and feel good hormones like serotonin and dopamine.
This may help handle effects of the caffeine and make you more focused.
Ashwagandha
Similar to L-Tyrosine, Ashwagandha does not promote fat loss, but may help you with your mood.
It has been seen to reduce stress levels.
Maca
Not a fat burner, but could help with libido.
Maca has been seen to mildly improve sex drive which could help with mood and motivation.
Ingredients Bottom Line: As you can see, this isn’t the best fat burner out there for you. The main problem is the lack of effective thermogenics. Some better choices here would’ve been green tea, Green Coffee Bean or/and cayenne pepper – followed up with an appetite suppressant like glucomannan. Too many of the nutrients used here for fat loss are ineffective and could be so easily improved.
Side Effects
The only risk here is the Eria Jarensis. It’s been likened to the banned substance DMAA and there are essentially no human studies out there.
No one knows what damage it could cause you.
