Review Overview – What does AllMax Nutrition’s Rapidcuts Shredded do?
Rapidcuts Shredded is an all natural fat burner from AllMax Nutrition which is claimed to promote:
- Fat Loss
- Energy
- Appetite Suppression
But how well does it work really?
In this review we look closely at the servings, ingredients and side effects associated with AllMax to see if it really is worth the money. This is what we’ve found:
How are the Servings?
Need improvement.
With only 2 servings a day, there’s only so much benefit you can expect to get out of a product like Rapidcuts Shredded.
You first need to think of how long each serving will stay active in your body – an hour or two? Less? Exactly.
For the best results you need something that gives your body the constant attention it needs to keep you burning fat. Ideally, something with 3 – 4 servings.
What about the ingredients in AllMax Nutrition’s Rapidcuts Shredded?
Not great.
There’s a mix of good, bad and just okay ingredients in this product, but the main issue here is the caffeine.
Although it’s a good option for fat loss, we feel the guys at AllMax may have overdone it here. Take a look:
The Good
- Ashwagandha – A herb linked to reducing stress, may help with jitters from caffeine.
- Caffeine Anhydrous – One of the best natural stimulants, seen to boost metabolism, energy and power output in the gym, it’s a good addition for fat loss.
- Di-Caffeine Malate – Another form of caffeine that lessens the ‘quickening’ on your digestive system
- Yerba Mate – Contains caffeine, but has no other real noticeable effects
- Green Tea – A potent fat burner, contains thermogenic catechins that release more norepinephrine (the fat burning hormone) throughout your body
The Bad
- Korean Ginseng – Thought to increase blood flow and libido, has not been seen to help with fat loss
- Olive Leaf Extract – May help lower glucose levels and raise metabolism, however, there is not a lot of clinical evidence
- Kelp – A seaweed that has been thought to help with immune system, and may block carbohydrates, however there aren’t many studies to back this
- Cinnamon – May help lower blood sugar, but does not help with fat loss, may also have some toxic effects in large doses
- Hordenine & N-Methyl-Tyramine HCl – Thought to be an effective fat burner, however evidence for this is not clear. There are not enough studies to prove this
- Yohimbe – Appetite suppressant that may cause side effects. May stop hunger cravings but may not be worth the risk
- Naringin – Grapefruit extact, which is even banned in some countries in supplements as a ‘novel food’, there is very little evidence for it supporting fat loss
- Guarana – A caffeinated herb that will promote energy levels, but not necessarily fat loss
- Capsimax – A thermogenic compound from Chilis that raise your body’s core temperature, starting a regulation process which burns calories
- Bioperine – Essentially black pepper, which helps with absorption
Ingredients Bottom Line:
When it comes to Rapidcuts Shredded’s nutrient profile, there are two main points that need addressing:
- The lack of effective ingredients
- The potential side effects
The main worry here being the large caffeine amount as so many ingredients in this product contain it, and also the other risks associated with the cinnamon and yohimbe.
Overall it’s a risky choice.
Side Effects?
Considering the nutrient profile, caffeine is one of your biggest worries here. Although it’s manageable in a sensible amount, it has been added too many times in the product – especially when you consider the nutrient profile is per capsule.
If you have a low tolerance to the stimulant you could find yourself experiencing jitters, headaches and heart palpation – which is not good. It would be a lot more manageable if the dosage was split up over 3 – 4 servings a day rather than just in each capsule.
Also the Yohimbe and the Cinnamon may cause problems.
Yohimbe has been seen to cause headaches, anxiety, hypertension and gastrointestinal distress in some users, while cinnamon has been reported to have toxic effects in some users – definitely a big problem.
Is there anything better out there?

AllMax Nutrition Rapidcuts Shredded Review Conclusion
On the whole this isn’t the best fat burner on the market – not by a long shot.
From this review, there are several things you need to know about Rapidcuts Shredded:
- Servings need improving – With only 2 a day, you need a constant supply of nutrients for full on fat burning.
- Many ineffective ingredients – Some of the nutrients used lack clinical backing.
- Potential Side Effects – The caffeine in this product is very strong, if you don’t have a high tolerance it could cause problems.
As you can see it isn’t your best choice.
